Dan came out at short notice at the weekend and investigated a leak under our house. It turned out to be a big job but Dan sorted it with the utmost professionalism. Absolutely no problem with recommending Dan who is also a really nice guy. 5 stars all round.

We had a new toilet/shower room built from scratch and Dan did a great job from start to finish. He gave recommendations on products and also provided various design suggestions whilst in the process of doing the work. We have used him for lots of jobs (big and small) and he always provides a great service. I would definitely recommend him.

We have always used MDH for last 14 years. Very good practically and technically. Just had a replacement vanity unit and the two gentlemen with Matt were extremely courteous and willing to answer questions. Likewise Matt will always explain when asked. Additionally, very good value too.

I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Jon repaired and serviced my boiler. It required more than one visit and he was brilliant at keeping in touch and always arriving when he said he would. All in all he is probably the best workman that I have had in over 25 years in Swanage. If you want an expert service and 100% reliability, he is your man.

We've used Holland Gas in the past for various jobs. This time we needed our gas boiler servicing (the reminder was helpful). Time and date were easily arranged on the phone and Mark arrived as expected. He carried out the service quickly and effectively. Later that day we received an email plus attachments with photos of the work, the Service Maintenance Check List and the invoice (as expected). The email contained a link which allowed quick, reliable online payment. All very effective and efficient, lovely people to deal with. Thank you!

We had a blocked drain so called Rescue Rod and within half a hour someone was with us. Christian was professional, knowledgeable and despite what he was there to do, he obviously enjoyed his job. He was very thorough and made sure the drains were unblocked and cleaned before he left.

Sam came to our rescue earlier this week when we discovered a leak from our bathroom was staining our kitchen ceiling. His prompt and efficient work ensured the leak was banished, hopefully for good! Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot !
