Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. When our boiler failed during the coldest part of January, RP Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and arranged to install a new boiler within days. Their customer service was excellent, the price was very competitive and they turned up when they said they would, completing the job within the day. The plumber (Dan) did a very tidy and professional job and we are completely satisfied with the work. Thank you to all involved.

After 3 price quotes across three different boiler installers, these guys were the best price by a few hundred quid despite being 30 miles away from my house. Andy is a great plumber and gas engineer that I have been using for almost a decade. From small to large jobs, he is happy to do it all. Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.
