Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! So pleased with the finished job. Thanks again Sam.

Andy is a great plumber and gas engineer that I have been using for almost a decade. From small to large jobs, he is happy to do it all. Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day.
