Jon of JSG Plumbing recently installed a shower and screen in our bathroom and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to use Jon again.

I found Jon very hard working, considerate, prompt, neat and helpful. The job he was undertaking was not at all straightforward but he found ways to ensure apparently conflicting requirements were sorted in a timely way. I can fully recommend him.

Jon repaired and serviced my boiler. It required more than one visit and he was brilliant at keeping in touch and always arriving when he said he would. All in all he is probably the best workman that I have had in over 25 years in Swanage. If you want an expert service and 100% reliability, he is your man.

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

Friendly, helpful, and always available to support: BCP installed a brand new unvented heating system, replaced rads, installed new rads, installed and gas hob and provided all required certifications for building control. Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work.
