Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Worked efficiently, attention to detail, left clean and tidy. Work was at the highest standards. Will keep him in our books and we would warmly recommend him to others.

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. It’s such a shame that he has moved out of area because I would love to have been a regular customer! He was really kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! Top guy!

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

What can I say, great customer service - Family run business. Very knowledgeable, service and of parts, with cost. Extremely easy to get an appointment, regardless of how busy Home Heroes are, thank you. The Plumber who attended site, was easy to talk to, distilling confidence, keen to talk through what he will be doing and why. Quick repair/replacement of Shower Thermostat/Valve. Billing is so easy and reasonably priced, quick to do. I was emailed a receipt for payment, which I thoroughly appreciated. We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. A pleasure to have working in our home they get 5* from us. Looking forward to them coming back to do the bathrooms next. 😊

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. Had a recent challange where I found this odd size plastic pipe (16 to 17mm, not 15mm). No idea how to connect it to 15mm but J&B had the knowledge and the parts needed, something you would not get from Screwfix, Tool Station etc. Highly recommend, first class service. Des.

Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. Patrick was recommended to help us with a full bathroom refurbishment. It wasn't a straight forward job, stripping out the existing bathroom from an old and small house, sourcing the parts and getting it all installed in a short time frame. We had a great open and honest conversation about what was achievable. Patrick pulled together a very fair and clear quote and was able to complete the job on time and to a great standard.
