Had an issue with a leaking radiator valve on a Sunday night due to my own obviously amateur attempt at fitting it mainly. An engineer came out first thing Monday morning to sort this out for me which I was really grateful for. I have used this engineer a few months ago too when I got smart meters fitted and the energy supplier capped my gas meter off as they weren't happy with how one of my hobs was working again I called Gastech and an engineer came out within a few hours to fix my hob and uncap my gas supply after it had been made safe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this engineer to anyone!

Our Boiler decided the ideal of the year time to cease functioning would be in the early hours of New Year’s Day. Phoned gastech 24/7 later in the morning after being given the runaround by our home insurance ‘emergency boiler repair service’. Gastech 24/7 answered our call on the 1st attempt and fixed our boiler within an hour. Absolutely outstanding service and a nice guy as well. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service.... Hasan was recommended to me by a friend and i needed a new full sink installing. He responded quickly, booked in the installation and came on time. Highly efficient, very professional and absolutely pleasant young man. His work was so neat and even cleaned up all the mess. We encountered a slight hiccup due to the old sink being very dated but he managed to sort the problem out with any issues. He talked me through what he was going to do and carried on with his work. Highly recommend the young man. His prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent service, came out next day to replace my worn out flexi pipes and brought the new ones with him including new stop valve. He kept everything nice and clean had is own cloths with him so no water or mess was left behind and to top it, his price was very reasonable to come out on Saturday morning. Hasan provided a really good service, Hasan did two jobs for me, one was to identify a leak and fit a new bath in at my mothers, which was done quickly and efficiently; He noticed some bad workmanship from a previous job straight away. And the other was to fix a faulty tap at my house. Hasan is a decent young lad who is honest and hardworking, he is technically sound. I would thoroughly recommend his company.

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. I contacted Tom about having a boiler service carried out and he got back to me very quickly with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we arranged for a time for him to come and service the boiler. He arrived on time and was very polite/professional.
