Total boiler change, brand new with modern apps and fittings etc. New radiator fitted and pipes repaired as well as pipes capped off when renovating the house. Excellent service, no job too much of a hassle advice and information for maintenance is second to none. Won’t use anyone else now. Highly recommend!

Danny initially came to flush the Central Heating and fit a new filter, which was completed with no fuss, however on restarting the Boiler, Danny realised that it needed replacing, the Company who replaced it 5yrs ago did not flush the system prior to installation, therefore all the Boiler was clogged. 5 days later new Boiler fitted, no upselling from Danny either, same Boiler as in his own home and smart thermostat fitted. we now have a new Heating Engineer 👊👊👊

Good communication prior to arriving at exactly at the time indicated. Pleasant and cheerful, he quickly diagnosed the problem which was repaired at a very reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and highly recommended.

Danny came to try fix our boiler it turned out it had multiple things wrong with it and given the boiler was an old boiler Danny recommended a new boiler would be the best option. Danny installed us a new boiler which he recommend and it is fantastic, a lot more energy efficient and the house feels warmer. The price Danny gave us was very competitive. I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Mr Mulla went above and beyond and I will be more than happy to use his services again should I need them.

I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. After coming back home being away for Christmas our boiler had broken. We didn't know any plumbers in the area so relied on Google for reviews. After obtaining quotes we decided to go with M.M Heating. Muhammad arranged to fit our boiler the same week we called. They were efficient, honest, friendly and fairly priced. Never used MM before and actually came across them on eBay - so was a little unsure as to what to expect. However, I needn’t have worried, excellent coms, agreed to install within 48 hours for a competitive price and did a really excellent job. Very friendly and totally professional. Boiler wasn’t working on New Years Day we tried so many heating engineers and all were closed. We rang MM and he was with us in a couple of hours. Really nice friendly & very polite guy. He definitely saved the day for us. Very fair prices in fact we paid more than what he wanted we were so happy with his service. I have had a new boiler installation done by Smart gas found them online. After reading reviews decided to give them a call. Installer Nick came out had a look and sent us a quote he wasnt pushey or trying to sell me something I didnt need. Nick couldn't help us enough, infact I called him again before I made decision to go ahead with deal. He went through all again and i checked there was no hidden charges he was so nice and reassuring. Paul and Nick came and team fitted the new boiler system removing the old water tank system while doing this work they was so clean and tidy couldnt believe by end we had a new boiler fitted work to high standards. I couldnt thank the team enough paul went through all instructions for the boiler calmly and politely. The next day we had a small leak nothing dramatic but called engineer Nick and he came straight away his really good and so helpful and kind true great workman. If anyone has hesitation about this company please dont the team are brilliant and there work is 100% high standards at a great reasonable price. Big thankyou to Nick for all you did topman.

Smart gas came to service my boiler a couple of weeks ago ( sorry for the late review). The guy that came was really good very professional, and a very good price . Would not hesitate to use again . Highly recommended . I don't know what's happened to this company not at all reliable 1 year later , was supposed to come and service my boiler that I purchased from them & they installed never turned up and ignored my calls .luckily I have found another company that are much more reliable .would not use them again or recommend.

I'd used Mike for a couple of small plumbing jobs previously and he'd always been reliable so when I wanted a whole new bathroom, it was a no brainer to call him again. Mike provided a reasonable quote and was able to send me loads of options for different bathroom furniture. He was even able to source specific items based on images I sent him. The whole bathroom was ripped out and redone in the space of a week and the work was to a really high standard. He even came back a few weeks later to fix the radiator back on the wall once the decorating had been finished. I can't praise him highly enough.
