John provided us with an outstanding service. I contacted him in the early afternoon and he attended the same day and completed the work needed. He was so pleasant to deal with, very professinal and did a great job and fixed the boiler in one of our properties that accomodates vulnerable young people. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. This gentleman very kindly managed to fit us in on short notice to repair a waste pipe on the toilet had separated. Came over and fixed the next day, was very friendly and knowledgeable and considerably cheaper than the quotes I had gotten from emergency plumbing companies. Paul came to fix our toilet after having a major leak. We rang around many plumbers, none of which could get out to fix it. Paul came within the day and got the issue fixed in less than an hour. Wow! Thank you for saving us! The pipe connected to the expansion tank corroded badly and leaked flooding my bathroom on the floor below the water tank. John was the first plumber that answered my husband's calls out of 4 who claimed to be 24/7 and never got back to us. This was on Sunday evening. Not only that, I tried John on separate line not knowing hubby was already calling him and he called me back straight away. The next day John arrived promptly after mid-day and installed a brand new pipe. All good and in great shape! The price was very reasonable. Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly.

I used AMB Plumbing and Heating for a bathroom refurb. I am really happy with the end result. They were great at communicating with me throughout the renovation and quick to resolve any issues that cropped up. They turned up when they said they were going to and completed the job in a good timeframe. I also think they are very reasonably priced given some of the quotes I had for the bathroom refurb. I will be using again in future for any plumbing/ heating help I need.

We have used AMB several times over the last few years - they did the plumbing when had new kitchen fitted, fitted a new boiler and then serviced it. This year we had a new bathroom fitted and wow it was an amazing transformation! Extremely professional guys - we have no worries leaving them with a key to our house whilst we have to go out to work. Never known anyone work so hard and clean up at the end of the day like they’d not even been in the house. Our bathroom has gone from being so old fashioned and horrible to a 5 star hotel bathroom in 2 weeks it really is beyond whatever we could have wished for. Thank you again 😃

I first came across Brad when I had an outside tap constantly running - he gave helpful advise about how to isolate over the phone and then came a few days later to replace the tap. Given his help and professional manner, I then asked if he did bathroom renovations and I’m so glad I did! Brad and his team have done a fantastic job on our new bathroom. He had a good local recommendation for a supplier of the bathroom furniture and his team have done an amazing job fitting everything. Great communication throughout, tidy workers and adaptable to circumstances. Would highly recommend, and I’ll be recommending Brad and his team to others. Dean and Ryan, are 2 great guys, honest and trustworthy. They fitted in my new boiler as well as fixed the radiator leaking pipes. They are very professional, knowledgeable, methodical and have detailed approach to fixing the problem. They were very patient with me and did not mind showing me every part and explaining all the details of the work they were doing. They clean everything after themselves. Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumber who turns up when he says he will, look no further. Alex is all of those things and helped solve a leaking shower issue 3 plumbers before him couldn’t fix, fitted a new toilet in a very awkward space and resolved a hot water issue all in short order.
