Nix has undertaken a few jobs for me and also for my parents to a high standard. He's fitted a new shower at my rental property, and a new tap in my own home. He went above and beyond in recommending options within my budget, is friendly. Importantly, he turns up when he says he will and gives an indication of price before starting work.

I am happy to recommend this service. Even though the job required was not an emergency he said that he would do in the next few days. He tried to contact me the next morning but I had my phone on charge but he still drove to our address on the off chance and found me in. He was quick and efficient and he charged me the least possible price he could (most plumbers would still charge a large call-out fee). Overall I was very happy with the outcome

I was recommended The Plumber from a friend that spoke very highly of his works. I contacted Nix at very short notice as another plumber that I had scheduled decided to go AWOL. He attended my house on the very same day and at a time convenient to myself. After showing him where I wanted two large radiators he advised what the works entailed, how long they would require and anything else that needed doing. I cannot fault his professionalism to his work and price. It was a full days work as he had to create some additional wooden brackets to hold my radiators and bleed/fill the system back up to optimum performance again. I couldn't be happier with his work, many people have commented on how nice my radiators look and how well they have been installed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Plumber to anyone. Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare ! He has a great eye for detail too which made all the difference with some of the aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend him and already have !

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. He’s a really lovely lad and I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re in urgent need of a plumber! His prices are very fair and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Thank you stefan!

Dean and Ryan, are 2 great guys, honest and trustworthy. They fitted in my new boiler as well as fixed the radiator leaking pipes. They are very professional, knowledgeable, methodical and have detailed approach to fixing the problem. Really pleased with our ensuite shower renovation. Nick has done a few smaller jobs before and we've always been pleased with his professional approach. This job was quite a bit bigger and proved to be more complicated as we have sloping walls - who knew - but Nick was able to overcome all hurdles! The end result looks very slick!👌 Aside from the great quality work, Nick is friendly and professional, turned up when he said he would, went out of his way to get replacement parts when something we'd ordered wasn't right, even worked on Saturday to get the last bits done. Also relieved to see care being taken in the house, floor protectors down on the carpet etc. Highly recommend Nick for any plumbing / renovation work 👍

Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. Dean came out to do a quote. I was really happy with the service, well presented and was very transparent with the job. Also quickly fixed my radiator that was not turning on just because he was there which was really nice. He also saw some urgent work that needed to get done which he was happy to get someone round the following week to quickly fix. I’m very happy with the service.
