Great experience from West Plumbing and Heating - I fully recommend! After booking an appointment for a Gas Fire service on the 14th December 2018 Pete called to let me know when he would be arriving and turned up in a timely manner. He was very polite , friendly and professional throughout the service/ visit. He was also very knowledgeable and explained clearly and in detail what he would be doing and bringing an issue up to my attention. I will definitely be calling again for any further issues I may have. Big thumbs up and thank you!

Absolutely 💯 recommend Pete, outstanding quality, and service, Just installed a new boiler, the difference is unbelievable! Pete worked solidly over 2 days to reposition my new boiler, flushing my existing radiators, and installing a new radiator in my living room. I am so impressed by the standard, and quality Pete provided, already recommended to my nabours. I would trust him 💯 . I will not be using anyone else . Thank you very much. 😁

We received a very professional but personal service from Pete. He serviced our gas fire and repaired it after our toddler posted most of the coals up the flue. He took his time and did a really thorough job. Would highly recommend Pete and will be calling him again.

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. The communication with the head office was spot on as well. I'm really pleased with the overall service of the UP&H and I have already recommended to friends and family.

The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

We had quite a back up in our drains but with George’s skill, know how and hoses it was cleared. He is very knowledgeable and also with a camera showed us possible causes. Left site tidy and sweeter smelling!

None of us want a blocked drain but if you’re unlucky like we were then call these guys. Fast friendly service from Carl at Metro Rod. Sorted out our problem whilst showing on cctv what caused the blockage. Left everything clean and tidy when he left. Highly recommend

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. Had a plumbing issue and needed a plumber asap! Decided to look local as we have been ripped off in the past and wanted someone we could trust. My details were passed onto Matt who couldn’t have been more helpful, he kept me up to date as to when he would be able to get to me. Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

The whole team at Peak Heating have been amazing. As part of our project to replace the roof at the centre we have had to move gas pipes. The team at peak heating came out at short notice and provided a quote over the Christmas Period, then completed the work just after Christmas in a timely and professional manner, working around the needs of the centre. We could not have asked for more.

Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. He came out to us before Christmas when no other plumber would. He managed to fit in a completely new boiler and change from old system to a combo boiler before Christmas. He is incredibly polite and good to deal with. Charged us a very fair price and gave us really good advice on what we needed. We will be using him whenever we need any plumbing work to boiler service. Lovely genuine guy.

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm. Can't thank you enough for your help today Mark and I hope the can of fuel was enough to get you to the nearest petrol station! Really genuine and no-nonsense guy. Thank you.

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Rang mark at3pm today he was there by 4pm to sort out leaking water pipes under the sink unit. All sorted by 4 30. Cannot believe the fantastic service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Such a nice polite friendly person
