Great experience from West Plumbing and Heating - I fully recommend! After booking an appointment for a Gas Fire service on the 14th December 2018 Pete called to let me know when he would be arriving and turned up in a timely manner. He was very polite , friendly and professional throughout the service/ visit. He was also very knowledgeable and explained clearly and in detail what he would be doing and bringing an issue up to my attention. I will definitely be calling again for any further issues I may have. Big thumbs up and thank you!

Brilliant 5* service from Pete. Managed to rescue our central heating system that had four radiators not working. Some of the Microbore pipes were blocked up. Pete fixed them without having to dig or cut floor boards up - fantastic!

Lee and his son did a fantastic job replacing my old boiler with a combi one. They estimated taking 2 days but with the hard work they put in on day 1 they only needed to do half a day to complete on the 2nd day (and this included spending 3.5 hours locating my central heating pump on day one!!). I trusted them so much I left them a key on the first day to lock up as I was going out. It was a lovely surprise to come home to find out they had fully cleaned up after themselves. I would 100% recommend these guys, they go over and above for the Customer

The whole team at Peak Heating have been amazing. As part of our project to replace the roof at the centre we have had to move gas pipes. The team at peak heating came out at short notice and provided a quote over the Christmas Period, then completed the work just after Christmas in a timely and professional manner, working around the needs of the centre. We could not have asked for more.

Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. He came out to us before Christmas when no other plumber would. He managed to fit in a completely new boiler and change from old system to a combo boiler before Christmas. He is incredibly polite and good to deal with. Charged us a very fair price and gave us really good advice on what we needed. We will be using him whenever we need any plumbing work to boiler service. Lovely genuine guy.

I came across Jordan in one of the local Facebook groups and was able to get my boiler booked in for a service fast. Jordan is very polite and friendly. He did a great job, was tidy and efficient. He kindly walked me through the work he’d done and gave me advice where I needed it. None of us want a blocked drain but if you’re unlucky like we were then call these guys. Fast friendly service from Carl at Metro Rod. Sorted out our problem whilst showing on cctv what caused the blockage. Left everything clean and tidy when he left. Highly recommend

We had quite a back up in our drains but with George’s skill, know how and hoses it was cleared. He is very knowledgeable and also with a camera showed us possible causes. Left site tidy and sweeter smelling!

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. The communication with the head office was spot on as well. I'm really pleased with the overall service of the UP&H and I have already recommended to friends and family.

The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm. Can't thank you enough for your help today Mark and I hope the can of fuel was enough to get you to the nearest petrol station! Really genuine and no-nonsense guy. Thank you.

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Mark was excellent in sorting our broken tap. Came out late in the evening to make it secure and able to function without turning water off. Returned within two days to replace tap. It was so reasonably priced. Honest and genuine. Really friendly guy too. Would recommend. Will use again.
