Dan fitted our new bathroom, I feel like so much time and thought was put into the job before the work even started. I really appreciate all the details that make it a functional family bathroom as well as looking great. The work has been completed to such a high standard, Dan also sorted out a few other plumbing issues in the house along the way. Contacted Dan to repair our kitchen and bathroom. He was so prompt and professional from the start. He came in with his team and repaired and refurbished our kitchen and gave it a whole new look. He kept in touch and updated us of the smallest details and kept our anxieties away. Even after the majority of the work was done, he followed up with other pending issues. We are looking forward to getting him to re-do our bathroom. He probably will be our official Plumber. In a world full of service providers’ woes, Oakstone Plumbing Co is a true blessing. Dan was really helpful from our first interaction. We asked him to fix an issue with a bath tap leak and were given really honest information and advice straight away. Dan came out promptly to assess the issue and when it came to fixing it, went above and beyond to make sure it was done to a high standard. It was really reassuring to have someone complete the work who was so meticulous in ensuring it was done right. Excellent communication from start to finish and I would rely on Dan to come back and do any other plumbing job!

Needed a replacement tap, that was broke in the kitchen, called and came in a couple of hours, 20 minutes later, we had a working tap again. Very polite and good work. Price was good too. Very recommended.

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

We had an emergency leak and were panicking about what to do. Rang Dave out of hours and he said he'd be with us within the hour, but we were pleasantly surprised when he managed to get to us within 20 mins or so. Dave was fantastic and did a great job of finding a solution to a complex problem. He managed to solve our problem that evening, giving us peace of mind, and provided a great service all round. I've known and used Steve's services for over 20 years in Leeds and North Yorkshire and would recommend him without hesitation as a quality heating and plumbing expert. Steve has installed gas fires, boilers, bathrooms, showers, central heating, hot water tanks and even fitted a bespoke kitchen in our first house and remodelled our kitchen in our second house over that time. The reliability of his advice and the quality of his work is second to none. He genuinely cares about doing a proper job and makes sure the place is clean and tidy everyday, not just at the end of the job. On top of all of that, Steve is unfailingly polite and a genuinely nice guy who you can rely on.
