David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. He gave advice on basic security, and didn't try to up sell at all. Also as a bonus, told me about his love of fast cars / bikes. A real genuine guy, and I'd happily recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had with this guy who worked at the auction. His information was obtained from the auction house when I won a car that was missing its keys. I called him promptly, he promised to be at the auction place early and get my keys done first and he arrived before my tow truck arrived, as promised. Despite the car's electrical problems, he was able to programme the key and get it running, so I was relieved to have the keys instead of worrying about how I would get them and how much they would cost everywhere. Really logical, competent, and true to what he said. Highly recommended

Car was stuck on my in-laws drive, blocking everyone in. Key wouldn't go in the ignition. Locksmith arrived 30mins earlier than stated, fixed it and got us all moving again. Absolute star!

Came to my rescue!!! These guys were doing some work on a house a few doors down and I found it impossible to get my outer gate to unlock.. 20 minutes later I asked 'can someone try my key im finding it impossible to get in' he unlocked my gate and gave me some really useful advice and was so very lovely! I didn't know he was a locksmith as well as he showed me the logo on his jacket! Fate had it and honestly he was fab! Life saver!

When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. The block was dotted in no time and a full explanation was given has to how I register the new keys and how the warranty worked. I received my receipt before he left and we have had no issues since. What a great person. We called, he explained clearly the process, then he arrived timely and did a great job. He took all the required time to do the job excellent and helped with any doubt we had. 5/5 starts totally deserved.

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

Prompt & professional service - had my door handle fixed after it had snapped of. A replacement was sourced to my specification along with an upgraded lock. Ramin goes above & beyond he even squared up the door with caused the issue in the first place. Can't fault him 👍

Really happy with the work Ramin did for me today. Right from my first point of contact, he was polite, professional and easy to communicate with. I received an estimated guide price dependant on what the issue was before his visit and was pleasantly surprised to find the repair was on the lower end of the scale. We had a broken patio door handle so needed it sorting pretty sharpish, and approached 1st Leeds Locksmiths for help. They had good comms and were here within 24 hours. They clearly explained the issue and cause, and what they would do to fix it and how much it would cost. So I was happy letting them get cracking. The work was done very quickly but to a high standard, and I was left very satisfied and glad I approached this business. Any issues like this I would recommend these chaps! 👍

Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice!
