We couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided by In House Securities Ltd. From the moment I called, they were professional, courteous, and responsive. Leon and Sydney arrived within 20 minutes, they promptly, assessed the situation advised the solution and gave us a fair price. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and genuine care for their work. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and even gave me helpful tips on maintaining my locks. I will definitely be using In House Securities Ltd again for any future needs.

Lovely gentlemen who came out and replaced our front and back door locks. Later they arranged for, and fit 3 internal door locks to a high standard. Given the internal doors were practically new, a qualified joiner accompanied the locksmith to carry out the relevant work, without me requesting as such, and they ensured a quality finish without any damage. I couldn't speak more highly of Jonny! He came out promptly after an emergency call at 11.30pm. He was incredible polite, friendly and has very competitive prices. It was so easy to pay as he comes with a card machine. My door does not have a standard lock but Jonny was able to provide one that fitted perfectly at short notice and also included extra keys. I had a problem with my main door which was very hard to lock and it was getting worse. After some research this company came up with the best reviews. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they came out on the same day, evening time. Terry came out and fixed the problem. Very nice knowledgeable man. Excellent customer service and a fair price.
