Absolute gem of a guy. Had issues with my house door lock which needed replacing. Also left key in car so ask this company to come for both jobs. Quickest locksmith job I’ve seen! Guy was professional and efficient. Five stars from me and will let family & friends know. Great experience

100% recommended. If you need a locksmith this should be your guy. Friendly, Knowledgeable, quick and precise. Between calling him and having a new lock installed it was about 2 hours. He went above and beyond expectations. Everything was just so efficient even the payment process which was done with a tap of the phone. Well priced and a great experience. Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! Excellent service! I rang carl for advice about the security of my locks on my doors. He came the next day and went through my options. As we wanted to go ahead he fitted them there and then and even helped with our sticky and squeaky door. Couldn't recommend him more!

From start to finish the whole process was efficient, friendly and uncomplicated. Communication was brilliant and I was kept up to date at all times. Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Great service from Andy! We’d had issues with our bifold door catching for ages. We’d tried a couple of other people previously who had temporarily sorted it but then it started catching again. Andy actually removed and readjusted the glass and now it’s perfect and has stayed like that! We’re delighted. Andy was prompt in his communications and when he visited. Would highly recommend.

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

Mark turned up early today in spite of the snow to sort out the jammed door lock to our terrace. He was extremely efficient and knowledgable and had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes despite it being rather fiddly. Communication was perfect, always showed up when promised and went the extra mile matching locks to handle colours and even adjusted front door which was sticking.
