What a fantastic service from Martin after I had two failing door locks. After a quick response, he arrived when he said he would. He really knows his stuff about locks and security! He gave great advice and found me a solution that was even better than I had hoped - all at a very reasonable price. He completed the job quickly and cleanly, explaining everything he was doing in great detail, including aftercare, leaving me feeling very confident. I feel even more secure and safe now at home. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

Needed a locksmith Sunday evening as my elderly mum’s door handle broke on me when I went to visit her, so we were locked in.I rang Marc to come fix it, but unfortunately he wasn’t able to come till next morning.I said it’s fine I will just climb through window for me to go home. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t get through the window as they don’t open wide enough, So I resigned myself to stay the night at mum’s house.I got back in touch with Marc to let him know I couldn’t get out and would he come early as possible that next morning. He rang me straight back and told me he would be there in next hour and half. The poor lads van had broken down, so he borrowed a car just so he could fix the door and make it safe. I completed the 5 day city and guilds ncfc course. The teacher was Marc. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. Ethan from the shop was also very helpful, I contact him regularly for products. Chelsea from HR was also brilliant in advising about the course. The good thing about MPL is that once you get certified from there, you are a member of the trade club at the shop, which gives you 10% off from all products. Another advantage of studying locksmithing at MPL is that you get City and Guilds accreditation. It's currently the only centre in the UK that offers the highly respected City and Guilds accreditation.

When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences.
