Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Great service, would definitely recommend. Carl talked through all the options for upgrading locks, and gave really helpful advice. Changed 3 locks for a very reasonable price, and fixed a couple of other parts of the door that needed repairing too. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service! I rang carl for advice about the security of my locks on my doors. He came the next day and went through my options. As we wanted to go ahead he fitted them there and then and even helped with our sticky and squeaky door. Couldn't recommend him more!

The locks on our composite and french doors were getting difficult to lock, so we called Neil in to take a look. The job was very fiddly and took some time but he managed to fix the locks by adjusting the mechanisms, saving us the cost of buying new doors. Great communication right from the beginning, Neil was very friendly, polite, prompt and was considerate of our property when fixing the locks. Highly recommend.

Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.

Note, I had two locksmiths turn down the work and one who said they could do it but an hour later rang to say they actually couldn't before I called White Rose. I'll certainly be keeping their details, just in case we stupidly leave spare keys in the locks when we go out.

Amazing service. Andrew was there within the hour, late in the evening to fix my 85 year old mother’s door, who lives alone. Locked my keys in my boot. After a catalogue of problems with RAC lasting 5 hours ending in an exorbitantly expensive quote from their partner auto locksmith, I eventually made my own arrangements. The Leeds Locksmith came out, only taking about an hour to get to me at Ilkely Moor, and didn't take long to get into my car. Really friendly service - even lent me a hoodie while he worked as it was a bit nippy. They charge 60% less than the quote RAC arranged! Couldn't be happier.

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here.
