Took my Cousins car to be looked at because there was a starting issue with it (Vauxhall Astra). Fault found and cleared and clearly explained what the fault had been. Vehicle was checked over before being returned with an invoice which was considerably less than Vauxhall would have charged. Also the key wasn’t in the best condition so it was crimped closed again as all part of the service. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderful service provided. Door mechanism had failed. Advice provided and measurement taken for order. Kept updated throughout for the part which was ordered. When it arrived received a call and within 30 minutes the new mechanism was installed, checked over and over to ensure smooth running. The mechanism is better than the previous one that was installed. All materials and waste taken away. Defo will advise everyone to use 'Fifty shades of Green'. Professional and prompt. Could not ask for more. Will defo be using Colin again.

My door lock jammed and I couldn't get my key out of the door without it being in the locked position. Called Phill and he came out within a few hours. I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. We are very happy with the end result, would recommend to friends and family.

Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

Really great service from start to finish. I had no idea what I was asking for but the lad on the phone was helpful and made me an appointment. I had a locksmith called Terry come and change my lock, no pushy sales tactics but he was very informative about safety. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service after losing house key. Someone (sorry didn't catch his name) came out to us within fifteen minutes of calling at 10pm on a Saturday night and we were back in the house with a new lock very quickly. Fast, efficient and would definitely recommend.

I couldn't speak more highly of Jonny! He came out promptly after an emergency call at 11.30pm. He was incredible polite, friendly and has very competitive prices. It was so easy to pay as he comes with a card machine. My door does not have a standard lock but Jonny was able to provide one that fitted perfectly at short notice and also included extra keys. I had a front door that occasionally (and then more frequently) would ‘catch’ and not open at all. This was obviously a health and safety issue and needed addressing. Terry from Kirklees Lock and Key came out the same day within a couple of hours. Spent an hour or so fixing the door. It now feels and behaves like new.
