We were very pleased with the immediate response to our call-out which in this day and age is extremely rare. Terry was extremely efficient and pleasant and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I had a problem with my main door which was very hard to lock and it was getting worse. After some research this company came up with the best reviews. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they came out on the same day, evening time. Terry came out and fixed the problem. Very nice knowledgeable man. Excellent customer service and a fair price. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Got a phone call telling me how to fix it rather than trying to upsell. When the fix didn’t work they supplied me with a new key complete with car logo on not just a cheap case all this was done in a couple of days & I Paid £25 for a new key and them swapping everything over really good value. Everyone I spoke to was polite and knowledgeable. In short I would defiantly recommend and use again if needed.

2 part review, one for the DIY element and one for the Locksmith DIY - Burhani hardware and all the staff in the shop are very welcoming. As a average DIY person I only have limited knowledge on what I need to do, countless time I’ve gone into the shop with an idea of what I want to buy for my project only to be given advise like “if you do it this way, you’ll only have to buy X,Y and Z” or “this is the tool you’ll need, don’t buy this one” I really appreciate the knowledge they pass on. I always feel comfortable knowing that I’ve always got the best price for whatever I buy and importantly I get a strong sense of helping a small family business rather than a big multimillion pound company lining the pockets of shareholders Locksmiths - My mother has a 2y old new build house, I was surprised that the door stopped locking. I rung the shop and somebody came within 30m and diagnosed the issue. The issue was a broke gearbox. I was really greatful that we were provided an overnight lock to keep the front door safe. This was Thursday afternoon, we were advised that given we’ve missed the deadline for a new gearbox for next day delivery we’d be able to get it fixed Monday to which we were really happy. It transpires that a new lock had to be ordered from Germany on Saturday and he paid extra to have it for Monday morning. To sum up my experience over the years - a really friendly, trustworthy business who are at the heart of the community and will go out of their way to help anybody. Thank you. What fabulous service. Cannot give high enough praise, Mr Burhani removed an integrated fridge door that had beaten me, which meant I could recycle and reuse the solid wood fridge door. This shop has everything you could possibly need, along with friendly and attentive service. 5*

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. I had to have my locks replaced right away after realizing that some of the keys were missing. castle locksmiths showed up to my place next to lister park at around 1pm after i contacted them. they finished the task in around an hour, replaced two locks, and gave lots of extra keys. their prices were reasonable and well within my means, which made a difficult circumstance go smoothly. i heartily endorse their services!

I contacted "Auto Locksmith Cartonics", and the guy quickly identified the actual issue, which turned out to be a minor one. He fixed it within two minutes! What a top bloke this man is!!!! Genuinely a legend!!!! Due to some unforeseen hiccups he was unable to sort my issue out the first time around. He managed to come back and get me sorted, when a few others had failed. I had an issue with a door wasn’t sure if it was the lock or the door mechanism. Rang on the off chance to see if they could come out. The did. Said would be there within 30mins indeed they were. They sorted the issue and all back to normal use. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.
