I called castle locksmiths for assistance after unintentionally locking myself out of my residence. they quickly fixed the problem, came to my apartment which is near bradford alhambra theatre at 6:45 p.m., and even replaced the lock with three more keys at no additional cost. i would suggest them to anyone in need of a locksmith because the entire process was effective and competent. fantastic work!

I had to have my locks replaced right away after realizing that some of the keys were missing. castle locksmiths showed up to my place next to lister park at around 1pm after i contacted them. they finished the task in around an hour, replaced two locks, and gave lots of extra keys. their prices were reasonable and well within my means, which made a difficult circumstance go smoothly. i heartily endorse their services!

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

What a top bloke this man is!!!! Genuinely a legend!!!! Due to some unforeseen hiccups he was unable to sort my issue out the first time around. He managed to come back and get me sorted, when a few others had failed. Not only that, for my inconvenience of not having a car he didn't charge me and wouldn't accept the money as he wanted to make up for the unforeseen hiccups and as an apology for my inconvenience. I had an issue with a door wasn’t sure if it was the lock or the door mechanism. Rang on the off chance to see if they could come out. The did. Said would be there within 30mins indeed they were. They sorted the issue and all back to normal use. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.

2 part review, one for the DIY element and one for the Locksmith DIY - Burhani hardware and all the staff in the shop are very welcoming. As a average DIY person I only have limited knowledge on what I need to do, countless time I’ve gone into the shop with an idea of what I want to buy for my project only to be given advise like “if you do it this way, you’ll only have to buy X,Y and Z” or “this is the tool you’ll need, don’t buy this one” I really appreciate the knowledge they pass on. I always feel comfortable knowing that I’ve always got the best price for whatever I buy and importantly I get a strong sense of helping a small family business rather than a big multimillion pound company lining the pockets of shareholders Locksmiths - My mother has a 2y old new build house, I was surprised that the door stopped locking. I rung the shop and somebody came within 30m and diagnosed the issue. The issue was a broke gearbox. I was really greatful that we were provided an overnight lock to keep the front door safe. This was Thursday afternoon, we were advised that given we’ve missed the deadline for a new gearbox for next day delivery we’d be able to get it fixed Monday to which we were really happy. It transpires that a new lock had to be ordered from Germany on Saturday and he paid extra to have it for Monday morning. To sum up my experience over the years - a really friendly, trustworthy business who are at the heart of the community and will go out of their way to help anybody. Thank you. I had a problem with my main door which was very hard to lock and it was getting worse. After some research this company came up with the best reviews. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they came out on the same day, evening time. Terry came out and fixed the problem. Very nice knowledgeable man. Excellent customer service and a fair price.
