What a fantastic service from Martin after I had two failing door locks. After a quick response, he arrived when he said he would. He really knows his stuff about locks and security! He gave great advice and found me a solution that was even better than I had hoped - all at a very reasonable price. He completed the job quickly and cleanly, explaining everything he was doing in great detail, including aftercare, leaving me feeling very confident. I feel even more secure and safe now at home. A thoroughly nice chap, it was a pleasure to have him come to my home. Totally recommend.

Really great service from start to finish. I had no idea what I was asking for but the lad on the phone was helpful and made me an appointment. I had a locksmith called Terry come and change my lock, no pushy sales tactics but he was very informative about safety. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

Fantastic service after losing house key. Someone (sorry didn't catch his name) came out to us within fifteen minutes of calling at 10pm on a Saturday night and we were back in the house with a new lock very quickly. Fast, efficient and would definitely recommend.

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

Absolutely first class service, I was looking at a 3 hour wait from another locksmith who was charging the earth just to come out on a Saturday night, luckily I came across this guy on google. He was here within 30 minutes of me calling him. He tried everything he could to get in without having to drill the lock to save me money. Our side door lock broke and couldnt gain access to our back garden. Called these guys and came out within 2 hours. Provided a great clean service.
