I had a front door that occasionally (and then more frequently) would ‘catch’ and not open at all. This was obviously a health and safety issue and needed addressing. Terry from Kirklees Lock and Key came out the same day within a couple of hours. Spent an hour or so fixing the door. It now feels and behaves like new.
