Fantastic service. Would highly recommend - Dave came out to change and move our sockets as well as fitting new lights. He was transparent in what needed to happen and explained everything. When he did the job, everything was done to perfection and he left the areas of work really tidy. Very professional and friendly service, we will certainly use again for future electrical needs.

Highly recommend! Brooke electrical has really been my saving grace! Michael was recommended to me by someone I work with, as I was at the end of my tether with some ongoing issues within my home I have just bought in the September 2024. He was quick to respond and on short notice, popped round to assess the situation, long story short he has now fixed all my lights in my home, fitted an extractor fan and also installed a new induction hob. If I have any more projects for the future, Brooke Electrical is the first place I will call!

What an absolute pleasure. We called Ethan late on a Saturday night. He arrived an hour later with the best mannerisms I’ve ever experienced from a work man. He fixed all our issues in no time and even did a little extra when we asked him to. He was a delight, funny and considerate to have around. His craftsmanship was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Would highly recommend! After having a PIV installed by contractors that our letting agents sent out, two of our fire alarms started burning from the inside! We contacted EMS and they were here within the hour. They took a look at the install of the PIV and found it had been wired incorrectly causing our alarms to burn, potentially causing a fire! Luckily the problem was found and has now been disconnected for our safety and great advice was given on the next steps to take. Can’t thank them enough for the help and will definitely be using in the future!

Very happy with the work done by these guys. Very responsive, friendly, and worked around our working from home needs regarding date of works and our need for power/internet to be kept on at various times of day. Excellent service. Called today after house flooded, received good advice over the phone and promised to call back later and come out. Received a call at the time promised, and the work was completed swiftly. Everything was explained concisely without jargon (and no condescending ‘tradesman to woman’ stuff, if you’re female you’ll know what I mean!). I feel the price was reasonable considering the swift, skilled service. Receipt/invoice provided for insurer. And to top it all off, a very friendly and personable chap. Really pleased with everything and can recommend confidently.

Totally professional and competent people who come out and talk you through the situation. Even with jobs you've given the go ahead they came back and said we didn't need all the work and changed the invoice to the customer advantage. Approachable and personable staff and I can't speak highly enough of them. Recommend without reservation as they deal with the custoner like they are important and do not not just do work which earns them money at your expense.

Had Jonny over to fit some plugs and lights for my garden bar. Did a brilliant job. So happy with it. All done in half a day and left everything spotlessly clean after he had finished. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using him again soon.
