This business is first class. Had all the components I needed for a motorhome electrical hook up. They even fitted the two connectors on the ends of the lead FOC .

I called in yesterday to purchase a replacement adaptor for a piece of work equipment. Unfortunately, this was not an item stocked, however, I left with a temporary fix to my faulty item, two links to where I could purchase a replacement item as well as having had a phone call made to try and trace a replacement item. Excellent, honest, customer service at its best. Thank you. I missed shop dog and would have liked to have met either but the chat with their boss was ok in their absence. Thanks again. Highly recommend.

This is a great little electrical store situated just on the outskirts of Otley Town, most of us buy bulbs fuses etc from the supermarkets, however there is no one there to give any advice in this store very friendly and helpful staff and the prices are very good.

When you use the same electrician multiple times you know you have a good one. Tony's rewired 2 bathrooms, installed a new consumer unit, electrical tested, fitted additional sockets, fitted smoke alarms and most recently rewired / installed a kitchen extension. A trusted tradie 👊🏼

Tony responded quickly to my request for a quote for work to be completed at my Son's flat. The work was completed on time and professionally. The team are friendly and prices are very reasonable. We needed the final bit of the work done quickly before a tenant was due to move in and Tony really helped us out to meet a quick turn round. Kept us updated all the way. Having an older house no work here is straight forward and David takes these detours in his stride and does a super tidy job. I struggled to find an electrician to restore electric to my garage as they would have to go under the floorboards. David just calmly and quietly got on with the job and restored and updated the lighting and electrics, explaining what was needed as he went along. He is very pleasant and hard working and I would highly recommend this firm.

Electrics your way were fantastic! I messaged in the morning to say that we had lost power to the sockets in part of the house. They responded quickly (within an hour) and arranged for the electrician to be with us the same afternoon. He was really helpful and made sure everything was sorted even though it meant staying late on a Friday. Very helpful and would definitely recommend!

Steve (and team) worked on my house for about 3 years through covid. Full rewire (and certificates) including running Ethernet cable to every room. Always came back to help on small issues and despite the job dragging, was very reasonable priced. It’s hard to find reliable workmen but Steve is trustworthy and competitively priced to boot!

I reached out to EICR Electrical Leeds for remedial works following an EICR report, along with additional tasks like installing a new living room socket and replacing a pull-light switch in the bathroom. Thomas and Simon were quick to respond, accommodating my schedule by rearranging theirs. Their work was exceptional, and they completed it at a fair price. I contacted this company who got back to me straight away to arrange an electrical safety survey. They kept in touch throughout. Tom and Sean came to do the survey, they arrived early and gave an absolutely first class service. Tom even sorted a couple of minor issues with no charge. I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!

We had Steve from S and R Electricals come and do a full rewire on our house and him and his team were brilliant. Very clean and even tidied up after themselves. Very professional job at a very competitive price, extremely good value for money. I would definitely recommend them.

Haroon was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would, he double checked what needed to be done, and then did a very professional and tidy job putting in three new double sockets and amending a light switch. He was polite and very friendly to chat with whilst he worked and even made a couple of suggestions regarding some other work being done. I would definitely recommend him, and would happily use him again if I needed more electrical work doing.

Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

Haroon is a top individual that carried out our work quickly and without fuss. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!
