I can not recommend Chevin Electrical enough. Karl was very professional from start to finish. He turned up when he said he would and provided a detailed quote and was hapoy to answer questions that we had and added some additional work that we requested. The work was carried out at a high standard and karl always cleared up after himself and left our house tidy at the end of each day. We had a lot of work done and we were pleased with all the work and the price. Would highly recommend.

Cannot rate David highly enough. Has a very positive attitude and is extremely professional. Having an older house no work here is straight forward and David takes these detours in his stride and does a super tidy job. Nice to see that there are some professionals out there that turn up when they say and do a quality job . Eg route cables correctly and provide excellent advice and recommendations to any issues and future work that might be needed

I struggled to find an electrician to restore electric to my garage as they would have to go under the floorboards. David just calmly and quietly got on with the job and restored and updated the lighting and electrics, explaining what was needed as he went along. He is very pleasant and hard working and I would highly recommend this firm.

Electrics your way were fantastic! I messaged in the morning to say that we had lost power to the sockets in part of the house. They responded quickly (within an hour) and arranged for the electrician to be with us the same afternoon. He was really helpful and made sure everything was sorted even though it meant staying late on a Friday. Very helpful and would definitely recommend!

Jack has been to my property twice to check a fault on my charger and to install a new ev charger. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!

Excellent service all round. Before agreement, the communication was spot on and the process was explained with clear choices by Andy. The installation team, Jack and Jake turned up on time and placed the charger to my preferred choice. They did a very neat job and went above and beyond to make it seamless, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Also the price was less than I had been quoted by any other Rolec installers. I called in yesterday to purchase a replacement adaptor for a piece of work equipment. Unfortunately, this was not an item stocked, however, I left with a temporary fix to my faulty item, two links to where I could purchase a replacement item as well as having had a phone call made to try and trace a replacement item. This is a great little electrical store situated just on the outskirts of Otley Town, most of us buy bulbs fuses etc from the supermarkets, however there is no one there to give any advice in this store very friendly and helpful staff and the prices are very good.

I could not recommend Fletcher Electric enough! Matt saved the day when our previous electrician dropped out half way through our kitchen renovation. He quickly got to grips with the wiring that had been installed by the previous electrician and clearly explained to us what work was outstanding. No question was too big or small for Matt and he spent a long time answering our queries. Matt was reliable, skilled, fairly priced and friendly. He even suggested ways to optimise lighting in our kitchen - which looks fab! Go with Matt, you won’t be disappointed.
