Adam was very quick to come & quote for the work carried out at our house. He did a very professional job with a lot of care & detail taken to ensure a high quality finish. He answered all the questions we had and also quickly changed an error with the outside extractor fan vent. Would have no issues recommending him.

Adam has just completed the installation of LED lighting, additional wall sockets, and other electrical work in our lounge and kitchen. We found him to be very professional, tidy, punctual, and accommodating even when we requested additional work half way through the project which required him to work at the weekend. We appreciated his dedication and professionalism - highly recommended.

The Work was done to a high standard, Gareth was friendly and helpful where there were challenges with the products. and was clean and tidy. Extremely happy and will be recommending to friends. Terry communicated well, arrived when he had arranged and carried out the work cleanly and efficiently. He had unexpected problems which he solved without too much bother. He’s pleasant and personable and explained what he was doing. We can’t praise him enough and will certainly use him in future.

Terry did an excellent job replacing my fuse board and installing new sockets did a very neat job and cleared up afterwards. Considering my house is old and has black lime in the walls I was amazed at how little disruption was caused. I highly recommend Terry for his work, punctually and helpfulness, it’s a pleasure to have a workman in my house with such a pleasant and professional attitude.

Brilliant hard working electrician! Called on a weekend evening to get our cooker wired and got visited early on Monday. Everything was done super quick and for a good price. The electrician even helped my partner to move the whole cooker into it’s placed and offered taking out the packaging the cooker came in!! Will definitely call again if we need a job done in the house and recommend to my friends!

MA electrical, rang on a Saturday, came on the Monday to give me a quote and did the work the following Saturday. Moved a light fitting, put in two new double sockets with USB and asked him to check a few other things. Excellent work! Will definitely use again and recommend.

I asked TH Electrical to do some rewiring on an old property I recently purchased. The team arrived bang on time for a full day of work. There were a couple other items added to the list of jobs and that was taken in their stride. Everything got completed to the highest level of quality. Very good cost/quality ratio. I had two single sockets converted to doubles. Quotes from other companies weren't comparable to the great price provided by Nigel. The quality of the work is very good and explained the work completed in a non-condescending way. We will be using NJM for all future electronic needs. The only gripe I had was communication was a bit slow initially but it's a busy time and workloads are restricted by COVID. It's not enough to put me off in future.

I hired NJM Electrical for a full house rewire. I found Nigel and his team to be very professional, experienced and friendly. They provide a brilliant service throughout the whole process. From requesting a quotation, as the work is being carried out and even after the work has been completed. All for a competitive price too. The standard of work is excellent and was started and completed ontime. The house was kept clean and tidy throughout the rewiring process and all the waste was removed from the property. I would definately hire them again in future and will be recommending family and friends do the same.

Michael recently installed an outdoor socket for me. The initial request was promptly responded to via WhatsApp followed by an in-person visit. The installation was completed to an excellent standard at a very fair price. Overall, I highly recommend Michael's friendly and professional service.

Highly recommend! Brooke electrical has really been my saving grace! Michael was recommended to me by someone I work with, as I was at the end of my tether with some ongoing issues within my home I have just bought in the September 2024. He was quick to respond and on short notice, popped round to assess the situation, long story short he has now fixed all my lights in my home, fitted an extractor fan and also installed a new induction hob. Great service and work from James. Used the online form on a Sunday, got call back on the Monday morning, fully understood the needs of the job straigth off. Turned up on time, very friendly, gave me clear information and did a great piece of work. Also checked a couple of other things for safety. We had Chris and his team install a pretty large solar system including batteries in our home. His advice was sound and although we don’t face south he explained how it would benefit us. Since the installation I have been amazed at the efficiency of the system and its ease of use. Chris (and all subcontractors) have been polite, tidy, honest and overall good people do business with. They provided accurate pricing and timescales for installation which was completed pretty much exactly as expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for similar work.

Great experience using Turnpike. Initial consultation was done by the owner Chris who made us feel at ease with everything and took us through the whole process. The price offered was very reasonable and in fact came in slightly less than we originally put a side for the work. We were even provided with lots of evidence of their previous work through photos as well as a list of previous customers who we could have spoken to should we have wanted to before going ahead. There was no pressure applied throughout this consultation to go ahead with the work like you find with some of the larger companies when their sales reps attend. It was a very relaxed talk with everything being fully explained. Chris even showed us the system he has and how it works for him and his family, showing that he stands by the products he uses which made it better for us. A few days later we contacted Chris and booked in the installation with ease with a short window before the installation date which suited us perfectly. When the installation day came, Chris and his team arrived on time and were very friendly, polite and clean in all of the work being done, even offering to do the repair to the roof which was desperately needed, ensuring to show us what the damage due to water ingress was before we discussed repair and the cost implication, which was a extremely reasonable, as we had multiple cracked slates which were replaced and wood which had become rotten, which was also replaced. The work was done to a great standard with all of the system being fully explained to us with demonstrations when it came to the app, and all of the services which we needed for the PV Solar Array and the battery storage system. We have had the system in place now since June and it has worked a treat, bringing down our bills dramatically. Especially as I have a plug in hybrid car which I charge pretty much daily. Chris is always on the end of the phone should we have any issues or questions that we need help with. I would definitely recommend Turnpike to anyone who is thinking of having solar panels and/or a battery storage system installed. They took all of the waste away with them. Cannot fault the service which was provided to us.

Turnpike installed my system in June and I found Chris and his team were incredibly honest and helpful from advice on the system before quoting right through to agreeing how it was to be installed and final commission and registration. The quote was also far more competitive than exactly the same system by other nationally operating companies also. I can’t fault anything in terms of the installation or operation over the last 4 months and he’s been very helpful in providing advice post installation also.
