I called in yesterday to purchase a replacement adaptor for a piece of work equipment. Unfortunately, this was not an item stocked, however, I left with a temporary fix to my faulty item, two links to where I could purchase a replacement item as well as having had a phone call made to try and trace a replacement item. Excellent, honest, customer service at its best. Thank you. I missed shop dog and would have liked to have met either but the chat with their boss was ok in their absence. Thanks again. Spoke to Mark about electrical issue at home, after walking me through some things to try he then booked Paul to come out next morning. Paul then sorted it. Good local company to use, don’t bother with the national companies. Highly recommend

I called Mark on a Saturday late afternoon after getting home to find none of the switches worked & no heating, as we were going to an awards evening in two hours we were desperate to get it working. Mark was excellent & talked through various things for us to try, after trying numerous things unsuccessfully, he came straight to us as soon as he finished the job he was doing ( 5pm Saturday ) . He quickly found the problem & got us back on & able to get the heating & sockets back on & suggested things to help prevent the problem happening again. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark & Newton Electrical.

What a great guy! Called and spoke to Mark on Monday am, after all sockets kept tripping out and had already done a few things to find the problem. He could have charged to come out but instead talked me through a process to find the fault - all sorted in a call. He even called me back to check that I’d sorted it myself. No charge! Unheard of - highly recommend, great service.

Scott Electrical Ltd of Leeds were highly recommended and today they installed an electric vehicle charging point - an EO Mini Pro 2 - at my home, having been recommended/selected by the manufacturer. Paul and his colleague arrived promptly and set about their business in a professional and efficient way. They took the time to explain relevant issues and knew the product inside out. As the director of DC Electrical, I don’t recognise the name ‘Chris Davidson’ neither did a search of our customer database or calls to the website , I would add I am unaware of any unfinished job in our 26 years of trading. HOWEVER, if this is the case I can only apologies for any inconvenience to him as the period of this review was around the illness and death of a close family relatively which was a very hard time for us, and may account for any missed appointments.
