I am deeply grateful to a man named Paul who helped me on a dark, rainy night when I was stranded on a dangerous motorway with no fuel. I couldn’t get help from anywhere and was terrified. Paul not only helped me find and buy fuel, but he also made sure I got back safely and even filled up my car’s tank. His kindness and humanity were truly remarkable. I was amazed by how generous and noble he was. I just want to say—thank you, Paul! You are a truly great person.

We contacted Paul following a house fire in our cellar. This was required by the fire brigade prior to power being restored for our heating and hot water. Paul attended very quickly as he was going to another job nearby and checked our supply restoring it promptly so we could remain in our house. He was extremely helpful and polite and due to the short time he was here he did not require payment. His help was greatly appreciated and I thoroughly recommend his services. We of course gave him some payment for his time and generosity. Thank you Paul.

Magnificent! You often only see a company's true colours when things go wrong. Aaron installed several new outside lights earlier this year. Recently, 3 started failing (plus a 4th of the same type). He and his apprentice arrived on time and were very professional, connected the Hive system and ensured that it was working correctly before leaving. Very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light!
