Brilliant service from Simon at Vespa. Came out on a Sunday morning to sort a wasp nest out, really friendly chap who has done a brilliant job at getting rid of the wasps. Really good price as well, if you need somebody to sort wasps out this is the company you need.

Got in touch with Vespa as we had a large wasp nest under the roof slates. Vespa came and sorted it on the same day for a very reasonable price. Really professional and friendly. Would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them to friends and family

Who do you turn to when your young adult offspring rings you in a blind panic having been eyeball to eyeball with a rat in her living room? Vespa solutions were absolutely brilliant! We nicknamed him Simon The Destroyer, because he did just that. Simon proved to be knowledgeable, personable, reliable and very brave. We are keeping everything crossed that his efforts have worked and the little bleeders won’t find another way in. Really can’t rate this service highly enough. Thank you Simon. Such a nice chap. Rang late afternoon, arrived in the evening at 8pm (he’s clearly in demand and works long days!). The problem I thought we had, turned out to be not a problem thankfully. He didn’t charge the earth and clearly very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you Gary.

Phoned Gary yesterday. He was as good as his word and arrived today. He promptly dealt with an aggressive wasps nest. Thank goodness we did not attempt to remove. He wore the necessary protection and took the nest with him. Would not hesitate to use him again. Many thanks Gary.

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. He sorted the wasp’s nest at a very reasonable price and even returned to doubly make sure the wasps had gone free of charge. Gary is a friendly person who puts his clients first. Amazing service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The unwelcome 'lodger' was swiftly removed from my loft, and Mark charged a fair price. The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. The visitor that was in my loft will be released on to moorland away from houses. Thanks once again, delighted with the service.

We cannot recommend Crest Pest Control Enough! Mark from Crest Pes Control came to help us resolve a mouse issue. He was very friendly, spent time understanding the issue, listening to what we had heard and explained what the causes could be, how he would be able to resolve it and how we can prevent it going forward. Made 4 visit for the price of 3, everything was very reassuring and Mark explained each week what the results of the previous weeks actions were and what we should expect over the next. Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. Had two wasps nest in my soffits, Neil asked questions from the start. With a very good price given. A rough time of day was given , then a time was sorted once I informed him I was home.
