I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none. He was very friendly, spent time understanding the issue, listening to what we had heard and explained what the causes could be, how he would be able to resolve it and how we can prevent it going forward. Made 4 visit for the price of 3, everything was very reassuring and Mark explained each week what the results of the previous weeks actions were and what we should expect over the next. Amazing service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The unwelcome 'lodger' was swiftly removed from my loft, and Mark charged a fair price. The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. Having a few problems with Rats in the roof space and under the house. I used traps (with peanut butter) in the roof and caught 3 within a week. All went quiet for a while until I noticed the scurrying and gnawing returned and found our food cupboard had been raided. That was enough, so I called Jack from The Pest Company and he was straight on the job with an assessment and a plan of action. Within an hour he had scanned our semi detached bungalow and next door too, laid traps and gave advice. Jack said he would return in two weeks. For those two weeks we didn't hear anything and found he had caught a large rat when he returned. Jack came back again (after another 2 weeks) and I gave him the good news that it was still quiet and the traps were clean. A five Star rating for the excellent and professional service Jack provided. He gave us 3 timed appointments and was here bang on time every time and was always available when calling for advice. I can not speak highly enough about the service from DGYL and especially Ryan. He visited the property the same day and identified the issue after a thorough inspection. The point of entry was secured as well as making sure the rodent was removed from the property as quickly as possible. This was all after being robbed of over £300 from a pest control company called ERG (please avoid!) for a 10 minute visit and only the placement of poison. Thank you Ryan and all at DGYL.

Ryan and his team provide excellent services for pest control. We recently had a rat visit us and these guys did a great job of looking at the entire property and area to indenting how he rat was existing the sewers and getting into our property before applying preventative measures. On request, they also steam cleaned out carpets throughout to ensure the house was cleaned throughly. These guys are really easy to deal with and very friendly. I wish more companies had their enthusiasm and professional outlook.
