We have been using Copley Pest Control for a few years now and have had a pleasant experience. They are reliable, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. The staff are happy to explain the details of the products they are using, and provide a full report after each visit. Most importantly, we have seen a massive improvement since using this provider.

Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Fantastic service, such a lovely bloke! Was stressing thinking we had bed bugs in our caravan. Mick looked at the pictures i sent and advised they didn't look like the bugs but would come out and check for me! He came out to check really quickly and and made me feel at ease that we were safe and it was spider poop after we got the sheet out of the bin to inspect 🙈😂 Mick took the time to show me what a bed bug looked like and the cycle of them so i knew what to look for! We use Dean at Yorkshire Pest control to help out at one of our dental practices in Kiverton and have done for a while. He visits regularly and always responds quickly in an emergency when needed. Would happily recommend.

We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

Contacted Mick of Kestrel Pest Management for a loft clearance of Rat contaminated loft insulation. Mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. He also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. After removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. The insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. All of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises. I personally cannot thank Mick and Connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. Both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. I would recommend this company 100%. I have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. These guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. These guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk! Cleared out & cleaned my mums loft! Incredibly kind and professional. They did a great job, no judgements on the volume of things to clear. Cleaned up after they were done, the carpet was actually cleaner than it was before they started. Cannot recommend highly enough! Brilliant!!

We can highly recommend the professional team from Kestrel Pest Management. During the process of renovating an old cottage we discovered many, many years (50 years +) of old loft insulation together with very old pest remains and vermin action, which needed to be cleared and cleaned. Mick from Kestrel visited the property and provided a concise and thorough inspection before sending a quote, he then kept us up to date with the process of delivery and how the timing would work. During the actual clearance, which took place over several days, the team worked very hard in a clean and professional manner. This was quite a large job and at all times they informed us of the process in a polite and knowledgeable manner. If you need to have a loft cleared, or any advice of pest control, clearance or similar, these are the guys to go to. Great service and thanks very much.

We discovered 4wasps nests in our loft at 2pm today rang Jason who said he would be with us within 3 hours, he was good as his word, arrived at 3.20 pm and dealt with the nests effectively, charged £80 which is amazing value for money, highly recommended

Rang Vinny as we suspected we had a wasp nest in the loft. He was here within an hour of calling him. When he arrived he was professional and straight on with the job. Vinny spent some time looking around the outside of the house to locate the nest and then went into the loft. To my surprise there was nothing there this time. He had to come back and spray it again due to the awkwardness of the nest placement but he was happy to and the problem is now gone and I can open my windows again.
