This is a fantastic course that is available at a great place for it's quality. I genuinely think it's offering the sort of golf course for a normal price that others around Yorkshire are charging double. It's a great course layout, really enjoyable challenge and nicely set around the lake. It's got a great driving range to warm up on too.

Fantastic layout in great condition. There are lots of interesting holes that provide a good challenge for all levels of golfers. The greens were best the best we have played this year and we have been to some prestigious courses. It is also set within the grounds of a nature reserve with great views on many holes. Great practice facilities to warm up including a covered driving range and the halfway house was open on Wednesday when we played. Great value at £40 for a top quality round of golf.

This is a lovely course, very challenging in places, the greens are very well looked after and true & quick. Sadly our scores didn't dovit justice but we will be back to try & do it justice. During the winter months on a Tuesday and Friday there is winter warmers for 4 ball offering a bacon cob with tea or coffee for a welcome 👍⛳️🏌️‍♂️

Lovely golf course some tricky holes, kept in immaculate condition looks really nice, The greens have plenty of slope and are smooth and fast. As slick as you'll find at 3 times the price.

Great course. Some interesting holes. Green keepers constantly working on the course. But being respectful towards golfers. Played twice now and wilI return. Excellent value for money.

We all had an excellent day and are hopefully playing our Seniors competition here next year 🤞. Everything was spot on from our bacon sandwich and tea and coffee on arrival. The condition of all the course, tees, fairways and greens. The friendly service from the staff. The foid afterwards was excellent The thing we struggle with most was getting to grips with the difficulties of the greens 😫. They were in excellent condition but very challenging 😅. Lovely day thank you 😊

I played here today with a view to joining for me and my lad. I was told before hand that the greens had been ninja tined by the lady in the shop I already knew, but it’s lovely that they cared to inform me. There was young member looked to be playing on his own so I asked if he fancied a game and politely joined me which was great, he guided me around and told me about the club. Overall very friendly welcome, practice area and range looked great. Course was in super condition, I’m super picky and I couldn’t find anything to complain about, greens are receptive but not soft or spongy, around the greens was as you’d expect, revetted bunkers were hard but looked absolutely mint with the turf layering. Tee boxes were all flat and tidy with tee bins and divot mix. The course was quiet although there were people playing I didn’t see much of anyone, we played a good pace around 4hrs no one chasing us down and no one playing slow infront. And the weather was superb. I would highly recommend also I received a very good price with a county card.

Love this course. Some Bunkers need topping up. The greenside bunker on the 14th has a thin covering and the ground is solid underneath. My club bounced off the hard surface yesterday (26th July). Minor stuff really.

Superb place, greens & fairways are in great shape, well maintained, friendly staff & friendly members. In great shape for this time of year & will definitely be back winter & summer. Cannot wait to test these superb greens in the summer months.

Great setting, beautiful course, very well laid out and challenging. Challenging opening hole and one of the best finishing holes I've played. The 18th is quite special. We'll done to your grounds staff to present such a lovely course. Staff very friendly, and members are also helpful and friendly. Bar food quality is excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but for.... we played on beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon, our Tee was after their members competition, we were nearly finished when we met a four ball and one member was dresses in 3/4 length trousers, round neck leasure T-shirt and to top it all Open toe sandals, no socks....... unbelievable. What's that about? It's totally disrespectful. I've played in hotter condition and hotter countries and have never seen a player dress like that before

Going to Northcliffe Pro Shop is a brilliant experience - Matt is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. We talked about what I was looking for and he gave me helpful advice, and let me test different clubs, without any pressure. It felt like a really personal experience and I could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right fit. The shop itself has a great selection, with plenty of offers, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect place if you're in the market for golf gear either for yourself or as a gift for a loved one. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Matt. You won’t be disappointed!

My son, my sister in law and I would just like to thank Dave the manager at Northcliffe golf club and his fantastic team Vicky and Verity for looking after us so well after the recent passing of my husband. We held the funeral tea there and Dave, Vicky and Verity couldn’t do enough to support us which we all found very comforting. The venue was beautiful and the food outstanding. WOW what a track ! First time visiting Sandhill’s and certainly won’t be my last, this is a gem of a course with a superb layout. I particularly enjoyed the challenging greens, majority had some great undulations on and were tricky to read, but I personally like that. The fairways were immaculate as were the greens. Very warm welcome in the pro shop and the food and drink in the clubhouse were also first class. TRY THIS COURSE, thank me later 😎

Course in great condition, greens were very good, pace of play was slow though, tee'd off at 4:15pm on Thursday and didn't finish until 8:30pm, considering it was 28c, way too long.

Had a great time at a friend's 40th Birthday party here recently. Easy access from the main road with plenty of parking spaces out front. Function room was lovely, will set out and clean and bar service was really quick and friendly (steins and definitely the future). Toilets were lovely and clean and modern. Recommended if you are having a function and need a decent room to have it in with amenities nearby.

My son George had the most amazing Ghost Busters themed 5th party at Styrrup Hall Golf & Country Club. The whole event was so calmly organised thanks to Elizabeth, and Charmaine made the most wonderful and creative decorations. The buffet for adults and children by Beth and her team was delicious! There were so many options, catering for every dietary requirement, and the service was outstanding. It really made my son’s party so stress free, and most importantly great fun for everyone. The room was fantastic. I cannot recommend Styrrup Hall Golf & Country Club enough. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so passionate about what they did. Thank you so much! Lovely friendly staff, table was set very nicely with hand sanerticer on each table, food cooked perfectly and very tasty. Only thing I'd say was the calamari should of been cut thicker was very thin.

Lovely golf course - greens are very fast and a change from my usual in Vietnam. Played for 20 gbp and had a lovely pint afterwards outside the clubhouse. I was lucky with the weather beautiful day for October 😄
