Excellent service from Mark, he sorted the rat problem in the loft of a house I have just bought. Friendly, punctual & reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The unwelcome 'lodger' was swiftly removed from my loft, and Mark charged a fair price. The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. The visitor that was in my loft will be released on to moorland away from houses. Thanks once again, delighted with the service.

Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Had our 3 visits by Neil completed today - very knowledgeable and pointed out what we can do to proof our property and stop anything further. Very thorough and give us some piece of mind about everything, thank you! The company are also very good at being prompt and each visit was early in the day and we received calls both the day before to confirm and the day of when he was on the way.

He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue. I called MSE Pest control as I had a wasp nest in my shed. I phoned at 6pm and they were at my address by 9am the following day. Mark gave us an excellent professional service. We messaged MSE Pest Control about a possible rodent in our roof. Text message service is great and response time was the same day with a time offered within a couple of days and costs clearly explained. Mark came at date and time arranged and we were very happy with the service he provided.
