Myself and my neighbour used The Pest Company for a rat problem we had in our terrace houses. I found Neil to be very polite and professional in the house. He conducted his work quickly with no mess at all. He explained everything and was very reassuring in his advice and made it clear he would be available at any point if we needed him. From sending Neil an email to him coming to sort the problem. All done in less than 24hrs. Fantastic, friendly help and advice given from the get go. Had two wasps nest in my soffits, Neil asked questions from the start. With a very good price given. A rough time of day was given , then a time was sorted once I informed him I was home.
