Excellent service from Tom. He is friendly, professional, and kept me informed all the way. We had rat problem at one of our rental property and Tom managed to eradicate the rats, sealed all entry points in and out. I'm happy and tenants happy. Many thanks Tom for wonderful service. From sending Neil an email to him coming to sort the problem. All done in less than 24hrs. Fantastic, friendly help and advice given from the get go. Had two wasps nest in my soffits, Neil asked questions from the start. With a very good price given. A rough time of day was given , then a time was sorted once I informed him I was home. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. So happy with the service provided by Termipest to deal with a pesky flea problem in our home! From first speaking to Ian on the phone I felt reassured. I would highly recommend Termipest. I called Ian up after discovering a wasp infestation in my kitchen and despite it being a Sunday Ian and his partner turned up within an hour which I seriously appreciate considering I had been too scared to step foot in the kitchen. They treated the issue professionally and the issue has been completely resolved. I really appreciated not having to pay a ridiculous call out charge and multiple visit charges. The price quoted was reasonable and it was inclusive of the treatment - no hidden charges! Would recommend to anyone without a doubt.

David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken.
