Reece came the same day I called and at the time agreed. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, calm and professional. He did a thorough search both inside and outside my home to find the entry point - nothing was too much trouble. For his follow-up visit he came on the agreed day and time. Again he was thorough in re-checking everything. I highly recommend him as he is very trustworthy.

I would highly recommend Termipest. I called Ian up after discovering a wasp infestation in my kitchen and despite it being a Sunday Ian and his partner turned up within an hour which I seriously appreciate considering I had been too scared to step foot in the kitchen. They treated the issue professionally and the issue has been completely resolved. I really appreciated not having to pay a ridiculous call out charge and multiple visit charges. The price quoted was reasonable and it was inclusive of the treatment - no hidden charges! Would recommend to anyone without a doubt.

I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Fantastic service from Martin. I called on Friday morning with an issue of a rat in our walls. Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none.
