Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent service from Tom. He is friendly, professional, and kept me informed all the way. We had rat problem at one of our rental property and Tom managed to eradicate the rats, sealed all entry points in and out. I'm happy and tenants happy. Many thanks Tom for wonderful service. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none. Had a wasp nest problem so gave Sykes Pest Control a call. They went to my property the same day whilst I was at work and found the nest and neutralised it. Very quick and very efficient service. Definitely recommend

Text message service is great and response time was the same day with a time offered within a couple of days and costs clearly explained. Mark came at date and time arranged and we were very happy with the service he provided. Rang Ian on Monday evening to discuss a problem I was having with wasps nesting in the loft. Ian was extremely helpful and told me the cost there and then. By 10am the following morning, he had called round and sorted the problem. Excellent service and value for money. Would highly recommend this local company to others.

I phoned Ian and within 45 minutes he was on my doorstep to deal with the wasp nest we had found. 15 minutes later, all sorted. Great service.

Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.
