Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

Very satisfied with the exceptional service given. Rang with a problem, arrived the following day and sorted it out. Very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The price was very good and worth every penny. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem.

Rang Ian on Monday evening to discuss a problem I was having with wasps nesting in the loft. Ian was extremely helpful and told me the cost there and then. By 10am the following morning, he had called round and sorted the problem. Excellent service and value for money. Would highly recommend this local company to others.

David and Katie came out promptly, identified the rodent issue and put measures in place to resolve, along with weekly visits until we were pest free. Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Liam was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue. Spoke to Ryan after our property suffered a cluster fly problem, the issue was identified over the phone and I was able to book an appointment for the following day. I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Rang Vinny as we suspected we had a wasp nest in the loft. He was here within an hour of calling him. When he arrived he was professional and straight on with the job. Vinny spent some time looking around the outside of the house to locate the nest and then went into the loft. To my surprise there was nothing there this time. Great service from Vinny.we were planning a pre wedding garden party and discovered a wasps nest in the ground the evening before. I rang vinny as his was the first number thag came up on Google.was so relieved he said he could come out the next morning.He came on time and had it dealt with.He is a great guy,professional and gets the job done without any mess.The same day we discovered another nest and he came out again and removed it same day.No wasps that evening at all!
