On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

We had the Atlas team clean out an entire vacant residential block in the middle of town after a window was left open and a flock of pigeons moved in ! You can guess the state of the place ! 😱 Jacob, Phil and the team came in and did a fantastic job of clearing it all, ripping out the carpets and underlay, then giving it a thorough clean ready for refurbishment. They all did a top job ! Great firm, easy to work with, and very professional. I can thoroughly recommend Atlas Environmental Services 👍🏼

Great service. I found a very large wasps nest in my loft space and called Atlas. As I’d called very late in the day they promised to attend the following day which they did with a telephone call update to give me the precise time they would arrive. Very efficient father and son team both real gents. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very competitive price which was less than the quotes from two other firms I’d enquired with. Recommended.

Very satisfying knowing that the wasps nest has been sorted out today by Atlas Environmental. Phil wasn’t put off by the atrocious weather and safely eradicated the nest which was behind the guttering line. I would recommend them to anyone at the drop of a hat and use their services again should the need arise 👍

Such a nice chap. Rang late afternoon, arrived in the evening at 8pm (he’s clearly in demand and works long days!). The problem I thought we had, turned out to be not a problem thankfully. He didn’t charge the earth and clearly very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you Gary.

We text Gary at 7:30am after discovering a wasps nest above our bedroom ceiling the night before. He arrived at 9:30am prompt and immediately took action to eradicate the issue. 100% recommend Gary; both polite and professional 💪👍🙌

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. He sorted the wasp’s nest at a very reasonable price and even returned to doubly make sure the wasps had gone free of charge. Gary is a friendly person who puts his clients first. I recommended him to my neighbour who was also pleased with his work. “Gary is the man!”

Had a wasp issue that got progressively worse within a few hours. Got given Gary’s number as an emergency contact. He was here within an hour of making the call and was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.
