Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. They answear when their available and always get back to you when they have a minute . They will try help as much as they can. Thanks guys. 😊

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Their service and value is second to none and I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere else. Friendly and fast service (sometimes the same day). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest. Mick is a guy with enormous amount of knowledge on pest control great job and very reasonable on price highly recommended.

Rentokil Leeds have completed damp proofing works at my property in Normanton, West Yorkshire today. The whole experience from initial call right through to getting the guarantee by email today has been fantastic. Lee came out to survey the property and was both knowledgeable and professional taking time out to explain damp issues and the processes/options available. Joanne Whitfield in the Leeds office has been absolutely great at keeping me updated and managing to get my works brought forward. Dennis (Surveyor), Andy (Technician), and Joanne (telephone agent) was nothing short of amazing. Came out carried out the survey and reassured me it was a small job after being told it was a big job and would cost over £1k. Dennis provided a report and was honest and his experience shown throughout and the price was much less than what others had quoted. The office was great and kept me updated and ensured all my questions were asked. Andy was great, told me everything I needed and ensured my mind was at rest. Glad I chose Rentokil over others who came out. Thank you and I will defo use you again if needed and recommend you.

Found damp in our bungalow we moved into and got in touch with Rentokil. They sent Jason out to survey the property and his report came back within two weeks. We needed work doing in two rooms. The price was agreed and a date set to start. The date came round and Andy Wilson turned up on time to do the work. Andy was polite and friendly and a hard worker. I can say that there was no mess. Also the dust was extracted with his equipment he brought. His work was completed on time and with minimal fuss and mess. Good work Andy, you are a credit to the company, well done.

Having discovered a woodworm problem in our property, I approached Rentokil. Andrew Walker the surveyor arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew was polite and professional and explained clearly what was required to resolve the issue. He arranged for a technician to attend. Todd the technician was punctual, efficient and he too was very polite. I had to contact the office and was dealt with by Carla, Mandy and Joanne all three were pleasant and helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with Rentokil and their team and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

We use Dean at Yorkshire Pest control to help out at one of our dental practices in Kiverton and have done for a while. He visits regularly and always responds quickly in an emergency when needed. Would happily recommend.

I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property.
