I have used this company several times now over a few years. Always very professional and brilliant staff who tell you exactly what they are doing. Today they were with me within a couple of hours and job done. Won’t hesitate to use again if need to.

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Their service and value is second to none and I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere else. Friendly and fast service (sometimes the same day). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

I called MSE Pest control as I had a wasp nest in my shed. I phoned at 6pm and they were at my address by 9am the following day. Mark gave us an excellent professional service. Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none. I cannot praise highly enough. If l could give a higher rating than 5 star l would.. Thanks
