We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Their reports to the council helped clean up our street and provide a safer place to live for us all. 10/10 would recommend for a knowledgeable and polite service. Thank you!😁

Very happy customer here. Mark was able to visit the same day and not only dealt with the issue at hand, but also completed a tour of the property to identify any areas which might need attention to prevent further incidents. Mark is very calm and knowledgeable, exactly what we needed today. Would not hesitate to recommend and although I hope it won't be necessary, he'll definitely be our go-to in future.

I called MSE Pest control as I had a wasp nest in my shed. I phoned at 6pm and they were at my address by 9am the following day. Mark gave us an excellent professional service. He is extremely knowledgeable and a member of all the industries governing bodies. Mark is a friendly guy and gave us lots of Information on what he foud, took pictures to show us the huge problem we had and took the nest away. Excellent service from Tom. He is friendly, professional, and kept me informed all the way. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies.
