We text Gary at 7:30am after discovering a wasps nest above our bedroom ceiling the night before. He arrived at 9:30am prompt and immediately took action to eradicate the issue. 100% recommend Gary; both polite and professional 💪👍🙌

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. He sorted the wasp’s nest at a very reasonable price and even returned to doubly make sure the wasps had gone free of charge. Gary is a friendly person who puts his clients first. I recommended him to my neighbour who was also pleased with his work. “Gary is the man!”

Had a wasp issue that got progressively worse within a few hours. Got given Gary’s number as an emergency contact. He was here within an hour of making the call and was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.

Such a nice chap. Rang late afternoon, arrived in the evening at 8pm (he’s clearly in demand and works long days!). The problem I thought we had, turned out to be not a problem thankfully. He didn’t charge the earth and clearly very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you Gary.

Very professional service from Rob and his team, which improved the exterior of our property no end. I didn't realise that anything needed doing until I compared the pictures on the website, and our paths and roof were definitely in the "before" category, and now look superb. Very quick and efficient. Arrived within an hour of my phone call after our cat brought a live mouse into the house. Ryan set traps and mouse was caught within a couple of hours and then came to remove the body. Would definitely recommend.

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

Spoke to Ryan after our property suffered a cluster fly problem, the issue was identified over the phone and I was able to book an appointment for the following day. Ryan was extremely knowledgable and dealt with the issue professionally. His expert knowledge also helped identify a secondary problem I was dealing with, which he then solved. Amazing service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The unwelcome 'lodger' was swiftly removed from my loft, and Mark charged a fair price. The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. The visitor that was in my loft will be released on to moorland away from houses. Thanks once again, delighted with the service.

We cannot recommend Crest Pest Control Enough! Mark from Crest Pes Control came to help us resolve a mouse issue. He was very friendly, spent time understanding the issue, listening to what we had heard and explained what the causes could be, how he would be able to resolve it and how we can prevent it going forward. Made 4 visit for the price of 3, everything was very reassuring and Mark explained each week what the results of the previous weeks actions were and what we should expect over the next. Was happy to take time to answer any questions. Very friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. If you're having any pest issues, definitely contact Crest Pest Control!

We have had an ongoing problem with moles which a previous larger company couldn’t fix, despite us paying well above the odds for their services. MBL, however, have been fantastic. They are good value for money, professional and knowledgable. I only wish I’d have called them sooner. They were able to sort our issue out overnight, having visited our property the day after we called them. We are very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! They really have saved our garden from being destroyed. Thank you!

Excellent and quality service from a local professional. I called in the morning and Paul managed to make the time to come the same day (early afternoon). Great knowledge in dealing with the wasps and bees we had and directed myself on how best and safely to remove them. Was very helpful and left some extra in case the wasps didn't leave immediately which they did anyway. Would recommend to all.

Paul was so helpful with the wasp issues we've had this year. He came out the very next morning after we called one evening and he treated the wasps (who were quite stubborn) twice. He then returned to attend to another nest we had problems with. His advice was invaluable and his attention to detail second to none. Highly recommended!

Our lawn was being systematically destroyed by a mole. We were wary of using the first listing on Google and so used an acquaintance’s recommendation. Paul provided a professional service at an excellent price. He is knowledgeable and shared his course of action to tackle the problem. It took 24 hours and , once contacted, he arrived promptly to remove to culprit! He left a trap in place - just in case - and removed this after a week when there were no further signs of a mole.
