Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. We have been using Copley Pest Control for a few years now and have had a pleasant experience. They are reliable, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Where others shyed away at a swarm problem, Jess and Nick were both keen and responsive. I received a highly professional response from them, the appointment time was kept and my pest problem was sorted quickly and professionally. Whilst not cheap, the cost of treatment is minimal in comparison to making repairs, had the problem not been tackled. I can highly recommend Agripest management.

First class service. Needed assistance after some wasps nests were discovered by our tradesmen during refurbish. These were under floorboards inside our home! Swift response to initial email even during the weekend, and delighted the fellas visited within 36x hours. Alarmingly 12x nests found!! All old ones fortunately, but removed upon request and plenty of advice given. Very pleased with such professional and courteous service.

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest. Mick is a guy with enormous amount of knowledge on pest control great job and very reasonable on price highly recommended.
