Great service! We had a wasp nest ( in fact 2 as it turned out) in a really inaccessible high up place that we thought was going to be a big and expensive problem. The service from Topline Pest Control Ltd was brilliant. They provided a quote very quickly, then arranged and completed the work very promptly efficiently and professionally.

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest. Mick is a guy with enormous amount of knowledge on pest control great job and very reasonable on price highly recommended.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

Very quick and efficient. Arrived within an hour of my phone call after our cat brought a live mouse into the house. Ryan set traps and mouse was caught within a couple of hours and then came to remove the body. Would definitely recommend.

Rats. Weird things, but however much we appreciate their intelligence they're not good house guests. Chris really helped calm my partner with his relaxed authority and reassurance, and making us aware this is never a quick fix, which is vitally important. I'm certain the rats have moved on (or died) now but would have no hesitation in calling Musca at any time in the future.
