I needed my loft decontaminating after dealing with a rat problem at home. No companies in my local area offered this service, but Mick at Kestrel was able to quote for it. We can highly recommend the professional team from Kestrel Pest Management. During the process of renovating an old cottage we discovered many, many years (50 years +) of old loft insulation together with very old pest remains and vermin action, which needed to be cleared and cleaned. Mick from Kestrel visited the property and provided a concise and thorough inspection before sending a quote, he then kept us up to date with the process of delivery and how the timing would work. During the actual clearance, which took place over several days, the team worked very hard in a clean and professional manner. This was quite a large job and at all times they informed us of the process in a polite and knowledgeable manner. If you need to have a loft cleared, or any advice of pest control, clearance or similar, these are the guys to go to. Great service and thanks very much.

Cleared out & cleaned my mums loft! Incredibly kind and professional. They did a great job, no judgements on the volume of things to clear. Cleaned up after they were done, the carpet was actually cleaner than it was before they started. Cannot recommend highly enough! Brilliant!!

Contacted Mick of Kestrel Pest Management for a loft clearance of Rat contaminated loft insulation. Mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. He also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. After removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. The insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. All of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises. I personally cannot thank Mick and Connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. Both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. I would recommend this company 100%. I have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. These guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. These guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk! Well Done Gentlemen, many thanks for your professionalism, and carrying out a fantastic job, much appreciated.

Stephen is someone you can trust to: treat your property with respect; to charge you a fair price; and to do a thorough and professional job. He was even willing to return free of charge if the wasp problem wasn't fully resolved within 14 days (which I thought was excellent customer service given that it was difficult to access the problem we had, so it wouldn't necessarily have been his fault if it wasn't resolved the first time). He goes above and beyond in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and I wouldn't want to use anyone else if I had future problems.

Absolutely great company. We left them a message at 11.00am Saturday as wasps everywhere, coming in and out from behind a soffit. A quick online conversation and the job was done the following working day. We weren’t even in! Stephen came into the garden and sorted it so quickly 30 minutes later all done. Haven’t seen any activity from that area since. Great cost effective price, amazing service and a nice guy to boot - highly recommended if you have a pest issue.

David and Katie came out promptly, identified the rodent issue and put measures in place to resolve, along with weekly visits until we were pest free. Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. A big thank you to Tom and Mark at Copley Pest Solutions. They arrived as scheduled, quickly located the wasp nest in my loft and, because it was inactive, safely removed it. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot.
