As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

A big thank you to Tom and Mark at Copley Pest Solutions. They arrived as scheduled, quickly located the wasp nest in my loft and, because it was inactive, safely removed it. Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. Stephen is someone you can trust to: treat your property with respect; to charge you a fair price; and to do a thorough and professional job. He was even willing to return free of charge if the wasp problem wasn't fully resolved within 14 days (which I thought was excellent customer service given that it was difficult to access the problem we had, so it wouldn't necessarily have been his fault if it wasn't resolved the first time). He goes above and beyond in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and I wouldn't want to use anyone else if I had future problems.

Absolutely great company. We left them a message at 11.00am Saturday as wasps everywhere, coming in and out from behind a soffit. A quick online conversation and the job was done the following working day. We weren’t even in! Stephen came into the garden and sorted it so quickly 30 minutes later all done. Haven’t seen any activity from that area since. Great cost effective price, amazing service and a nice guy to boot - highly recommended if you have a pest issue.

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. They answear when their available and always get back to you when they have a minute . They will try help as much as they can. Thanks guys. 😊

Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest. Mick is a guy with enormous amount of knowledge on pest control great job and very reasonable on price highly recommended.
