Dave provided a great service, was friendly and gave lots of advice. Rung him in the morning regarding a wasps’ nest and was over in the afternoon to sort it for us. Efficient and very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Highly recommend.

Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none. Corey attended our property on Wednesday 12 March. He was very polite and friendly. He asked questions about our problem and from that proceeded to do a comprehensive inspection which included the loft and around the outside of the house and the manhole covers. We are looking forward to seeing him again on our next follow up appointment and await his opinion on going forward to a satisfactory conclusion.

Neil from COPLEY came out this morning. He gets a full A* from us. He phoned to let us know that due to roadworks he would be 20 mins late which was much appreciated. He then got on quietly and quickly removing a large wasp nest from our loft. He left the area clean and tidy and showed my son the nest, explaining how it works. We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.
