Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

David was able to tackle a wasps nest behind a vent brick, on the first storey of my house same day - with about 3 hours notice. Plus he provided full details and evidence afterwards. Highly recommended!

David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. David came out to check the traps regularly and was always responsive to any questions that I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pestek for any pest control needs.

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Their service and value is second to none and I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere else. Friendly and fast service (sometimes the same day). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

Rob answered my initial phone call after suspecting a rat had entered our renovation project. He came round within the hour as he was passing through the area, gave me some great advice on next steps to remove the issue before any serious work was required. Contacted Yor through their website and got a phone call back within a couple of hours. The following day Rob came out to check the issue, laid some poison down and offered some advice. Not only did Rob sort my pest problem but he also happened to mention that his son does loft boarding as well. He came round and offered a very reasonable quote so now not only is my loft pest free it's also fully boarded, correctly insulated and also has a new loft hatch installed! Absolutely brilliant service, strongly recommend!

Absolutely Top Guy, We have had rats for a few months in our attic space and I was unable to catch / trap them myself, Rob visited and thoroughly inspected our property and drains. He quickly found a few places that needed attention. He baited while using cameras and he caught 2 straight off the bat. He has been back to check and so far so good. I can't thank them enough, truly are great people that want to do their job to a high standard and are very reasurring and compassionate too when it can be a very distressing time! Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none. Neil from COPLEY came out this morning. He gets a full A* from us. He phoned to let us know that due to roadworks he would be 20 mins late which was much appreciated. He then got on quietly and quickly removing a large wasp nest from our loft. He left the area clean and tidy and showed my son the nest, explaining how it works.
