I contacted Steve regarding repairs that needed doing on the outside of my property, i was promptly contacted and told what was required and given a quote. Steve came and did all my repairs to a very high standard and even replaced a leaky outside tap. All in very challenging weather! The wind was howling but he got the job done and left my garden clean and tidy. Thanks very much!

Steve did an amazing job for me again. He rebuilt my back outhouse wall, fitted 2 window sills and did a number of other jobs. He also offered professional advice on the best way to market my house. I really appreciate his professionalism: he did a fantastic job, arrived when he said he would, charged what he said he would and even finished the job ahead-of-schedule because he works so hard. My kitchen floor boards needed replacing and new kitchen units were also needed: Some areas of the floor, adjacent to the kitchen, were becoming dangerous. I needed someone with the ability to recover my floor boards and immediately contacted Property Repair Services. Steve came to take a look at the job and made immediate recommendations. I liked his suggestion of P5 boards, which he showed me while we visited a well-known DIY store. His advise was taken and I was not disappointed. He found great solutions for recovering and repairing a couple of joists, before laying the floor, and treated all of the kitchen floor joists with a chemical solution, protecting them from dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, etc. Then he built-in new kitchen units, which look superb. The workmanship is first class with a smooth professional finish. It’s good to know that companies like PRS exist. I definitely recommend Steve and the team for interior property repairs. Also, in the future, if I have any exterior work I will not hesitate to contact them.

Arek has done multiple jobs for us over a few years after he was recommended to us from a friend, ranging from plastering, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and lots more. Mike did several jobs for me in one day from attaching mirrors, hooks and assembling some beastly flatpack furniture. He spent time in asking the right questions to provide an accurate and competitive quote. He kept in touch over the booking period, provided a clear date and arrival time. We’ve used Mike twice now and been extremely impressed. He first fixed up a kitchen cabinet that was in danger of falling off the wall, and since then has done various small jobs around the house that all make the house look a lot tidier and more ‘finished’. Fixing a tricky mirror to a wall, installing shelves, fixing up broken coat rails and curtain holdbacks, replacing parts on broken blinds, switching cupboard doors to open in more convenient directions: things that have needed doing for years, but which we never got around to dealing with. It’s been brilliant to hand the jobs over to him and see them completed efficiently and to a high standard. Mike is extremely reliable and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using him in the future, and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Krystian is responsive, friendly and does an excellent job for great value. Absolutely not a corner-cutter, he spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and the pros and cons of these options. He fitted shelves, a tv, a curtain rail, a fireplace beam and changed a kitchen tap. He even cancelled a job which we ended up not needing because of a change in our room design - most people would have done it anyway and took the money. Lovely guy, can't recommend enough.

I used this company for my tiling in my bathroom and also used them for decorating my entire house. I could not recommend this company enough. They were always on time and worked hard all day. The tiling work and interior painting has been done to a very high standard. Any changes I wanted to make mid way through the work were made without hesitation. I asked Darren to make my old shed watertight again as roof was letting in water. Now its like new again and no problem in the wet weather. I also asked if Darren could attach wooden fence panels to an already existing metal railing fence as didn't want to lose garden or increase cost by adding new posts etc. In a nutshell job was done perfectly and price was good. Would definitely use Darren again.

Darren as completed a lot of work for me over the past 2 years. 5 large jobs lasting weeks at a time, and half a dozen smaller jobs.
