Steve offered a brilliant service from the moment I left a voicemail and did the work within 3 days! Steve did a fabulous job repairing the hot tub roof for us having lost part of it in the bad storms. I would highly recommend Steve and will definitely use his services in the future.

My kitchen floor boards needed replacing and new kitchen units were also needed: Some areas of the floor, adjacent to the kitchen, were becoming dangerous. I needed someone with the ability to recover my floor boards and immediately contacted Property Repair Services. Steve came to take a look at the job and made immediate recommendations. I liked his suggestion of P5 boards, which he showed me while we visited a well-known DIY store. His advise was taken and I was not disappointed. He found great solutions for recovering and repairing a couple of joists, before laying the floor, and treated all of the kitchen floor joists with a chemical solution, protecting them from dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, etc. Then he built-in new kitchen units, which look superb. The workmanship is first class with a smooth professional finish. It’s good to know that companies like PRS exist. I definitely recommend Steve and the team for interior property repairs. Also, in the future, if I have any exterior work I will not hesitate to contact them.

I contacted Steve regarding repairs that needed doing on the outside of my property, i was promptly contacted and told what was required and given a quote. Steve came and did all my repairs to a very high standard and even replaced a leaky outside tap. All in very challenging weather! The wind was howling but he got the job done and left my garden clean and tidy. Thanks very much!

From our first enquiry to replace a bedroom floor, to completion of the work was only a 2 week time span. We found Steve to be fully understanding of the work we needed doing and appreciated his expertise and the alternative suggestions he offered. I used this company for my tiling in my bathroom and also used them for decorating my entire house. I could not recommend this company enough. They were always on time and worked hard all day. The tiling work and interior painting has been done to a very high standard. Any changes I wanted to make mid way through the work were made without hesitation. I was looking for a handyman to put up some mirrors and wall art. Simon was prompt in answering and also fixed a date and time. Despite severe weather conditions, he did make it on the agreed day and time. His work was neat and professional. His price was more than reasonable. Got extremely flustered try to build a dressing table. Got in touch with Ben. His quote was very good. Was able to do the job almost immediately, did the job in a timely manner, cleaned uo after himself, and a great communicator. I got Tiger to do some work for me after being recommended from my parents. I was really impressed with the quality of his work and a very fair price. He and his younger helper, Charlie, were friendly, polite and did a good job of cleaning up. He was hoping to get the work completed in one long day. He worked for 11 hours, only taking short breaks when it was raining. Rather than rushing the job, he returned the next day to complete it. I'll definitely use him again the next time I need any work doing.

First class! I highly recommend Tiger to anyone who is in need of any work doing, he most recently replaced both roofs on my house I have a normal roof and a flat roof. He kept me up to date with eveything that was happening from scaffolders coming to skip being delivered etc, he always turns up when he says he is going too, does all of his work to the highest standard. I would never ring anyone else for anything to do with my house.

We can not recommend this companies services highly enough. He guided us through the ordering process and worked extremely hard installing a full bathroom including tiling and everything from plastering to electrics for us. His attention to detail was second to none. His manner is very pleasant and he cleaned up thoroughly after himself and took all the rubbish away. We have been left with a fabulous bathroom.

Krystian is responsive, friendly and does an excellent job for great value. Absolutely not a corner-cutter, he spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and the pros and cons of these options. He fitted shelves, a tv, a curtain rail, a fireplace beam and changed a kitchen tap. He even cancelled a job which we ended up not needing because of a change in our room design - most people would have done it anyway and took the money. Lovely guy, can't recommend enough.

We have used Krystian several times now to install 2 bathroom cabinets, to fix our toilet and to complete some pannelling/redecorating in the downstairs of our house. We have always found Krystian to be efficient, clean and honest. He always takes time to consult us on our opinion to ensure we are happy with any choices to be made. Mike did several jobs for me in one day from attaching mirrors, hooks and assembling some beastly flatpack furniture. He spent time in asking the right questions to provide an accurate and competitive quote. He kept in touch over the booking period, provided a clear date and arrival time. We’ve used Mike twice now and been extremely impressed. He first fixed up a kitchen cabinet that was in danger of falling off the wall, and since then has done various small jobs around the house that all make the house look a lot tidier and more ‘finished’. Fixing a tricky mirror to a wall, installing shelves, fixing up broken coat rails and curtain holdbacks, replacing parts on broken blinds, switching cupboard doors to open in more convenient directions: things that have needed doing for years, but which we never got around to dealing with. It’s been brilliant to hand the jobs over to him and see them completed efficiently and to a high standard. Mike is extremely reliable and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using him in the future, and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
