I contacted Steve regarding repairs that needed doing on the outside of my property, i was promptly contacted and told what was required and given a quote. Steve came and did all my repairs to a very high standard and even replaced a leaky outside tap. All in very challenging weather! The wind was howling but he got the job done and left my garden clean and tidy. Thanks very much!

From our first enquiry to replace a bedroom floor, to completion of the work was only a 2 week time span. We found Steve to be fully understanding of the work we needed doing and appreciated his expertise and the alternative suggestions he offered. We definitely would have no qualms in using his services again and would have no problem in recommending his work to anyone. Steve offered a brilliant service from the moment I left a voicemail and did the work within 3 days! Steve did a fabulous job repairing the hot tub roof for us having lost part of it in the bad storms. I would highly recommend Steve and will definitely use his services in the future.

My kitchen floor boards needed replacing and new kitchen units were also needed: Some areas of the floor, adjacent to the kitchen, were becoming dangerous. I needed someone with the ability to recover my floor boards and immediately contacted Property Repair Services. Steve came to take a look at the job and made immediate recommendations. I liked his suggestion of P5 boards, which he showed me while we visited a well-known DIY store. His advise was taken and I was not disappointed. He found great solutions for recovering and repairing a couple of joists, before laying the floor, and treated all of the kitchen floor joists with a chemical solution, protecting them from dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, etc. Then he built-in new kitchen units, which look superb. The workmanship is first class with a smooth professional finish. It’s good to know that companies like PRS exist. I definitely recommend Steve and the team for interior property repairs. Also, in the future, if I have any exterior work I will not hesitate to contact them.

KNS contractors deserve more than 5 stars!!! Kamran has been absolutely amazing and is excellent as what he does! Him and his team have transformed our kitchen in its entirety from scratch within a rapid time. He has been consistent throughout in his communication and plan each step of the way. Not to mention he is very professional and is very knowledgeable in his work and recommendations. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. We will be using him now going forward for other areas in our house we would want work on. I would 100% recommend him and his company for any project/s you may have.

What can I say. The most professional tradesman I have had the pleasure to come across. Nothing is ever too much for Kamran and his team. We had a vision for a new media wall which was bespoke to us. It took a lot of planning for us to get it right so we didn’t just want to leave the job for anybody. We’re so glad we found the services of Kamran, recommended to us by a friend. He is an extreme professional, never cutting corners and always going the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Kamran and his team’s work is to an excellent finish, and they always leave their workspace clean and tidy. We had young kids in the house and they always ensured to keep the area safe. I’ve found in the past, tradesmen, if you’re not happy with some small details they will gaslight you in to thinking it is fine, but Kamran always made sure you were satisfied. There was a slight alteration to our design which we only noticed later, when pointed out Kamran bhai and his team came back and fixed this (taking an addition 3-4 hours of their time). This was even though we said it was ok and we were still happy. How many tradesmen can you honestly say would do this for you?! Highly, highly recommend and you will not be disappointed. On a final note we felt Kamran and his team were so trustworthy that we felt comfortable to leave them in our house to continue their work whilst we left to go out for the day. 5* isn’t enough!!! Keep up the good work!

Mike was incredibly professional from start to finish. He put up a bathroom cabinet, a couple of mirrors (one very heavy) and made my door shut again. He also advised me on another issue kindly. Mike was patient, accurate, friendly and also did a very robust and precise job. Will definitely use again and recommend to any friends if they need a handyman!

We’ve used Mike twice now and been extremely impressed. He first fixed up a kitchen cabinet that was in danger of falling off the wall, and since then has done various small jobs around the house that all make the house look a lot tidier and more ‘finished’. Fixing a tricky mirror to a wall, installing shelves, fixing up broken coat rails and curtain holdbacks, replacing parts on broken blinds, switching cupboard doors to open in more convenient directions: things that have needed doing for years, but which we never got around to dealing with. It’s been brilliant to hand the jobs over to him and see them completed efficiently and to a high standard. Mike is extremely reliable and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using him in the future, and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Can’t praise or thank the whole Topspec team enough. From start to finish they worked with us to help create the home we always wanted. They explained the whole process to us and communicated really well throughout the build. The team helped come up with new ideas that we hadn’t considered and we love what we have now got. The team implemented all my choices with great professionalism even when they considered them somewhat quirky! Topspec recently undertook extensive refurbishment of my mother’s home including demolition of original kitchen and porch and internal walls, construction of a new extension to the kitchen, creation of a new downstairs bathroom, and fitting out of new kitchen including plastering throughout, new floors and heating system. Construction was progressed in a very professional and timely manner to a very height standard, we are very satisfied with the finished works creating a fantastic new living space. I've got only amazing things to say about Bingley Builders. From the first time I met Lee, I knew they were the people to pick. The whole team are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and approachable. Communication throughout was spot, they told us when they were coming (and they always arrived on time) and kept us informed of the progress and what they'd be doing each day. The service was excellent, and so is the finish on our project. We are extremely pleased and will certainly use them again. If you're looking for someone, these are builders to choose! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Ignore silly user name - I am a real person with a house that had damp problems due to it being old with knackered pointing and guttering issues. Lee was great - friendly and honest about what needed to be done. He kept in touch throughout, obviously takes pride in his work and I definitely recommend. Also - he likes good coffee 🤣

Andy has done various work for us over the last two weeks - all to a very high quality. Starting on the bathroom, he replaced two floor tiles, re-grouted the floor, replaced a broken wall tile on the window bottom, painted the woodwork and replaced two wall cabinets. He then moved on to decorating the spare and main bedrooms, painting the woodwork/walls and making the messy window bottoms look like new. Andy was punctual, always polite and cleaned up after himself every day. He even went out of his way to fix a ceiling light for us, that had a loose wire. We have already booked to have more work done over the coming months. Thanks Andy.

We had a garden swing built by Kyle and we are more than happy with it. All communication with Kyle before the install was great and he made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. On the day of the installation Kyle arrived ontime and began installing the swing straight away after a few final checks about how we wanted things. Kyle worked all day to install the swing and left us very happy with his work. The swing is very sturdy and is built from strong materials and is a much better quality than you would find in the shops for a comparable price. My children love the swing and it will definitely keep them entertained when the playgrounds are closed these summer holidays.

We approached Kyle to assemble furniture we had purchased and were eager to put in place. My P/A contacted Kyle and explained what we needed done. Kyle came to our place within the hour, promptly getting to work, and effortlessly assembling our high-end furniture like it was second nature.
