From our first enquiry to replace a bedroom floor, to completion of the work was only a 2 week time span. We found Steve to be fully understanding of the work we needed doing and appreciated his expertise and the alternative suggestions he offered. I contacted Steve regarding repairs that needed doing on the outside of my property, i was promptly contacted and told what was required and given a quote. Steve came and did all my repairs to a very high standard and even replaced a leaky outside tap. All in very challenging weather! The wind was howling but he got the job done and left my garden clean and tidy. Thanks very much!

Steve did an excellent job completing a range of repairs in the kitchen and bathroom. He also fitted two doors, built a gate and repaired brickwork in the garden. He took real pride in his work and suggested what should be long lasting solutions. It is fantastic to have long list of jobs complete! He was able to come out quickly to give a quote and started work a few days later. The price he charged was fair and good value for money.

Mike did several jobs for me in one day from attaching mirrors, hooks and assembling some beastly flatpack furniture. He spent time in asking the right questions to provide an accurate and competitive quote. He kept in touch over the booking period, provided a clear date and arrival time. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. His communication skills, patience and manner were on point. I will come back to him for future jobs.

Mike was incredibly professional from start to finish. He put up a bathroom cabinet, a couple of mirrors (one very heavy) and made my door shut again. He also advised me on another issue kindly. Mike was patient, accurate, friendly and also did a very robust and precise job. Will definitely use again and recommend to any friends if they need a handyman!

Krystian is responsive, friendly and does an excellent job for great value. Absolutely not a corner-cutter, he spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and the pros and cons of these options. He fitted shelves, a tv, a curtain rail, a fireplace beam and changed a kitchen tap. He even cancelled a job which we ended up not needing because of a change in our room design - most people would have done it anyway and took the money. Lovely guy, can't recommend enough.

We have used Krystian several times now to install 2 bathroom cabinets, to fix our toilet and to complete some pannelling/redecorating in the downstairs of our house. We have always found Krystian to be efficient, clean and honest. He always takes time to consult us on our opinion to ensure we are happy with any choices to be made. The Tameside Handyman has done a few jobs for us: replacing sockets and light switches, replacing the element of an oven and installing an outside light. John was easy to communicate with. He came when he said he would. Everything was very clear and as quoted. Everything was done to a very high standard. When some of the jobs were a bit more complicated than initially thought, John was able to advise on solutions and still get the job done. I used this company for my tiling in my bathroom and also used them for decorating my entire house. I could not recommend this company enough. They were always on time and worked hard all day. Simon did a fantastic job dismantling and reassembling a sizable Ikea wardrobe. He was helpful, respectful, and courteous throughout. All his tools/ boxes/ cases were exceptionally clean and the indoor shoes a nice touch. He also assembled a very large bunk bed, something way beyond the average person’s capability.
