From our first enquiry to replace a bedroom floor, to completion of the work was only a 2 week time span. We found Steve to be fully understanding of the work we needed doing and appreciated his expertise and the alternative suggestions he offered. We definitely would have no qualms in using his services again and would have no problem in recommending his work to anyone. Steve offered a brilliant service from the moment I left a voicemail and did the work within 3 days! Steve did a fabulous job repairing the hot tub roof for us having lost part of it in the bad storms. I would highly recommend Steve and will definitely use his services in the future.

Steve did an amazing job for me again. He rebuilt my back outhouse wall, fitted 2 window sills and did a number of other jobs. He also offered professional advice on the best way to market my house. I really appreciate his professionalism: he did a fantastic job, arrived when he said he would, charged what he said he would and even finished the job ahead-of-schedule because he works so hard. My kitchen floor boards needed replacing and new kitchen units were also needed: Some areas of the floor, adjacent to the kitchen, were becoming dangerous. I needed someone with the ability to recover my floor boards and immediately contacted Property Repair Services. Steve came to take a look at the job and made immediate recommendations. I liked his suggestion of P5 boards, which he showed me while we visited a well-known DIY store. His advise was taken and I was not disappointed. He found great solutions for recovering and repairing a couple of joists, before laying the floor, and treated all of the kitchen floor joists with a chemical solution, protecting them from dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, etc. Then he built-in new kitchen units, which look superb. The workmanship is first class with a smooth professional finish. It’s good to know that companies like PRS exist. I definitely recommend Steve and the team for interior property repairs. Also, in the future, if I have any exterior work I will not hesitate to contact them.

Just moved into our new home which was a bit like an 80's sitcom, ceilings were horrendous with artex and badly cracked. We were recommended MJM Plastering by a friend and I'm so glad we used them as they were very friendly and professional throughout. They were clear about what the job entailed, price was on point, left no mess and most importantly did a fantastic job at plastering the ceiling of our living room and main bedroom, Thanks again.

MJM Renovations recently completely replastered my new office. Marcus couldn't have been more helpful, and was able to do the work at short notice. When he realised my builder had taken down a bit too much of a supporting wall, he quickly solved the problem by putting up column. I was so impressed with his 'can-do' attitude and felt that nothing was too much trouble for him. The quality of the work was absolutely excellent, significantly better than plastering I have had done in the past by companies other than MJM. I would recommend Marcus and MJM Renovations without reservation, and will definitely use them again.

MJM did a great job on plastering our bedroom and hallway walls. Also used them to board up and cover a hole caused by a leak. Reliable and reasonably priced. Have recommended to friends and family and will use again

We would 100% recommend MJM Plastering & Renovations. They have undertaken 2 major jobs for us now and we have been totally delighted with their work. We have a 150 year old house which throws up its own special problems but their understanding of working in such a property is reassuring. They are extremely conscientious and thorough in their approach to their work. They communicate well throughout and ensure that their client is happy at all times. They are also extremely tidy workers which is quite refreshing.

Mark arrived within just 5 minutes of the approx. time he said he would arrive. He very quickly realised what the fault was and got straight on with it. He was very thorough. Of course, we won't know for a day or so if his work has resolved the issue, but from his clear explanation of the work he carried we believe all will be well. Mark was very friendly and keen to explain all that he was doing.

Amazing! The gentleman came to my house to see what needed doing and he was so friendly and knew exactly what to do. When he did the job, it was very efficient and he left the work area clean and tidy. Had contacted so many people to do the work and no one seemed to want to do it. One chap arranged to do it and never turned up! But Odd Job Heroes were fantastic and willing to do it for me no problems at all! Highly recommend and already have another job I’m wanting them to do :)

Brilliant work by Odd Job Heroes!!! David arrived when he said he would and spent time considering the jobs, before providing an honest assessment of the work and costs involved. The end result being large gas BBQ built, garden fence prepared and then painted (two coats) and log shed roofs made fully waterproof. The invoice arrived promptly and was exactly what we had agreed. Next on the list will be the re-roofing of a large garden shed. Definitely using Odd Job Heroes again !

I contacted Andy as I needed 2 TV brackets and a curtain rail putting up. I received a speedy response and having explained what I wanted I received a quote which I found reasonable and a date was given for work to be done. Andy attended as arranged and on time. Work was undertaken and a fab job was done. Andy even cleaned up after doing the work 👌 Definitely in my phone for all future handyman work. I highly recommend.
